Higurashi Dojo-Taylor Parker & Julia Rogers vs. Jessica Wright & River Styx

Taylor threw her hands up and gestured irately at the chaos. She huffed and spluttered before screaming across the ring.

"REF, WHAT THE FUCK! FUCKIN' PAY ATTENTION, OR GO FIND A REF THAT CAN DO HER FUCKIN' JOB!"

Her voice cut through the arena like a knife when she turned to her partner. "JULIA! GET UP! UP, UP, UP, UP, UP, UP, UP, UP, UP!" She screamed over and over until her throat felt raw and raspy. "FUCKIN' MOVE! GET OVER HERE!"

Julia screamed out in pain as Jessica continued to crank back on the Boston crab, torturing the luchadora in her clutches. But even in spite of the fresh wave of pain adding to what she’d already been forced to endure, the masked blonde refused to surrender, and her perseverance finally seemed to pay off as her hand managed to grab on to the rope! ...Or, so she thought. But Jessica didn’t immediately release her hold, and Julia could only hold onto the rope for dear life while continuing to shout in agony as her body was painfully contorted.

When the ref finally intervened and forced Jessica to get off, Julia’s legs flopped to the mat and she gasped for air. After a brief moment, still holding onto the rope, Julia started trying to slowly pull herself back up. But little did she know that while Jessica had the ref’s undivided attention, River was heading over to make her presence known again. And suddenly a boot stomped onto Julia’s head, rocking her skull with a fresh wave of pain and heavily dazing the dojo trainee. The crowd booed mercilessly, but all Julia heard was a loud ringing, until Taylor’s loud, but seemingly distant voice was also managing to reach Julia.

Come on, Jules! she inwardly shouted at herself in affirmation of her mentor’s words. Get your ass up! With one hand resting over her blonde head, the other hand reached out to grab the rope again as Julia started another attempt to pull herself up. She had just endured an arduous trek roughly halfway across the ring to get to the ropes, and now she was going to have to travel about the same distance to reach Taylor. That wasn’t going to be easy, especially with Jessica only feet away. But she had to try! She couldn’t afford to just lay down and surrender!

Jessica was grinning like a crazy person. The ref hadn't noticed River stomping the girl brutally and didn't punish her. The clueless bitch turned around in time to see the girl trying to get up and using the ropes as leverage. Honestly, Jessica was flabbergasted this girl didn't have the good sense to stay down, but Jessica thought she knew just what to do to disabuse her of all this resistance.

The Violent Violet strode over to Julia with her head high. This wasn't quite the right time for her finisher. That would have seemed to banal. But Jessica could still punish this girl for her brazen refusal to keep hugging the canvas. She reached out and tried to grab a clump of that beautiful blonde hair of Julia's. Then she could tuck the luchadora's head neatly between her powerful thighs. After that, the true fun part would come. If Jessica could get all of the other steps down, she could bring Julia up in the air for a tombstone piledriver and slam her right down on her head!

Each step was an excruciating one, and Julia had to use the ropes for support every inch of the way. Still, slowly but surely, she was inching toward Taylor again. But just as she feared, Jessica quickly noticed and moved in to put a stop to it, grabbing onto the cowgirl and pulling her away from the ropes by her long blonde locks.

Before the ref could even get on the Violent Violet for grabbing Julia’s hair, the girl was already wrapping her arms around the dojo trainee and attempting to lift her up for the devastating tombstone piledriver! If it were to hit, chances were this fight would be over then and there.

Desperately hoping to prevent that from happening, Julia dropped to a knee just as she was starting to be lifted, anchoring herself down as best she could and turning her body to a heap of dead weight, making it more difficult for her to be lifted up. And then, the masked blonde would wrap an arm around Jessica’s neck while coiling the rest of her limbs around her foe’s legs, then attempt to roll backward and to bring herself on top of the girl and tie her up with a surprise small package pin attempt!

Jessica was so damn close to redemption. This would have been it- hit the piledriver, and get a quick 1-2-3. Then no one would have said a damn thing about Avery ever again. Then she would have gotten a leg up on this much ballyhooed Higarushi dojo, and that would be a stepping stone on the path to a title. But no. Julia wasn't going to have it. She made herself into a stone, then she made herself into a massive raging bitch. The Violent Violet was supposed to be the one on the giving end of the pin attempt...

ONE!!!

She honestly had no idea what hit her. It wasn't until the crowd roared that she even recognized where she was. She blinked once, then again. What on earth was happening?

TWO!!!

Oh right. Wrestling. Pin attempt. Jessica kicked out with all the force she could muster. That was sure to break the hold, in her estimation. Her two strong legs could probably push a boulder off her, let alone Julia.

Styx had been so into the moment, so ready to see Jessica drill Julia's pretty blonde head straight into the canvas, that she barely even registered the out-of-nowhere pin attempt until referee started her count.

"Fucking-" She brought her leg through the middle rope and started to step in, ready to jump on the pile and break the count, but she froze when Jessica kicked out. Close. Too close.

Styx retreaed, moving back between the ropes and taking up her spot in the corner. She leaned over the ropes and refocused on the match, keeping closer watch on Julia. Holding position. For now.

"HEY!"

Taylor barked across the ring at River and wagged her finger. "Hell no, you fuzzy bitch! Be a good girl and stay where you belong!"

She turned to Julia and she was instantly soft and encouraging, but extremely urgent. "Julia! Great job, babe, don't stop! Get over here! Do whatever it takes, c'mon!" She shouted and clapped her hands, and jumped up and down to get the crowd behind her.

Just when the ref’s hand was about to strike the mat for the third and final count, Jessica kicked out and broke the pin. Julia’s body was pushed away from the Violent Violet in the process, sending her a bit closer to Taylor.

“Ughh!” she grunted while pushing herself up onto all fours and began crawling toward her mentor. The cowgirl panted along the way, and each step was a slow one, but she didn’t allow herself to stop. Taylor’s words, the clapping that resonated throughout the arena as the crowd joined in, it was all motivating Julia to keep her head in the game and fight through the pain!

She wasn’t sure if she could make it to Taylor in time or not, but the cowgirl stretched out her right hand as far as she could and reached, inwardly praying that she could tag in her partner before either of her foes stopped her!

The weight was lifted off her. Jessica got out of the pin in time and Julia came off her. The crowd was cheering, for whatever stupid reason. Jessica got up slowly, on aching feet. The little luchadora was making a break for her friend. Taylor. The former champion. As much as Jessica didn't want this match to be harder than it already was, she smiled a little bit. This whole shebang started not half an hour ago when Jessica called this bitch out.

And here she was. On her way. Jessica stared dead at her and crouched into her wrestling stance. The Violent Violet rubbed people off as dumb or uneducated and most of the time that wasn't so far off the mark. But in the ring, she was fucking Einstein. She had been doing a ton of research on Taylor- the blonde girl liked punches, kicks, and elbows. Nothing too flashy, nothing too nice. Jessica crouched into her wrestling stance. There was no way in hell that Jessica was quick enough to stop Julia from getting to Taylor, and most of her really didn't want to.

It was time for a proper duel now.

Taylor strained to reach farther over the top rope toward Julia. Finally, after spending so much time on the sidelines... She slapped Julia's hand and instantly sprung into action.

It was one thing to see Taylor's speed on TV, it was another thing entirely to see it first hand, and Taylor covered half the ring in the blink of an eye. She jumped to the top rope and springboarded off, streaking through the air toward Jessica to greet her with an explosive dropkick that hit like a speeding truck.
