Sex Wars Shower and changing room rule

Sex wars players might be aware that the shower and changing room under the boys control currently has a gauntlet rule added to it by the guys. For girls to score any points they have to take on two or more guys one after the other, if they win both/all then they get a point for however many guys they faced but if they lose they don't get anything..

Someone has suggested to me that this isn't fair as it is too hard for girls to gain points and guys can easily rack up points to counter anything the girls do. Whereas I had the view that it made things interesting because the sex wars was starting to get one sided in the girl's favor.

I voted yes, however I don't really want it removed persay, but mabye tweaked that if a girl wins two hentai matches in a row, the score for two hentai matches is reflected. But if she looses one, she get neither set of points. Unless that's already how it is, in which case carry on as usual.

Having a challenge is fine, but after having to go through a long ass match with one of my characters in a gauntlet, only to find that it's back up to where it once was a couple of days later is quite frustrating. Perhaps if the boys had the same rule as the girls while having control of the shower room?

My vote's barely worth a lick given my drive to RP has been all but dead recently, but I do think that the rule is a bit too restrictive from a narrative standpoint. We should probably be setting up rules not as a defensive deterrent but as a means of enhancing the potential fight narratives through twists. I understand that the guys are having a hard time hanging on to their points (Because we have so many talented ladies. " title="Wink" /> ), but the gauntlet rule doesn't seem like a good way to combat that given the narrative costs.

Victoria: If two points were awarded for hentai match for example, it would mean a win in such a match would result in 4 points over all.. That might turn the tides of ownership a little too quickly lol.


Patrick: Actually you got two points for your gauntlet match (one point for each guy that was beaten), the match that occurred afterward will only be awarded one point, so its not back in the same place it was. Also the way you talk about it is almost as if you didn't enjoy the match " title="Razz" />

Each rule on each location is always meant to be a forfeit on the gender that is not in control, if the boys would be subject to the same gauntlet rule it wouldn't be a forfeit at all. If I were to pick another rule, it would be something else that is a forfeit to the girls and benefit to the guys (like the current gym rule, the girls can pick any costume for the guys to wear in their matches.. Which often acts as a distraction to the guy that has to wrestle in thongs or size 6 leotards)


Hawthorne: The gauntlet rule does not restrict the players into only playing gauntlet matches in that location. In fact, it was my hope that it would generate more matches for guys that weren't getting matches. For example if I played Kat off against Max (mnpinner's character) in a singles match and won, I would be more tempted to immediately play Kat again and face Andy-Kun (wrestleryu's character) to get my points.. Two guys end up satisfied with matches with Kat. But yes, it was also meant to help the guys out because up until then the girls were just taking over all the locations

My only problem with this is perhaps the time aspect of it all. For somebody like me, who only is able to respond a few times a day, both mine and my opponent(s) would be rather held up for a long time, but other than that, I like this rule.

The voting seems to be quite close so I have been thinking up some possible alterations to the rule.

either we keep the gauntlet rule but:
1. the boys are limited to only scoring 1 point per match regardless of the special stipulations
OR
2. the girls can also score if they win a sex wars specific match (eg. POW match etc.) but only get one point for this.


Remember that regardless of these two possibilities, points could still be awarded to the shower room if the girl's win matches on another campus location that they have maximum point on

I voted that its not exactly fair because lets be honest. Look at who owns what. It is tied up 2 a peice with the grounds neutral (although slightly in the girls favour)
