Parading his Prize - Max vs Selene (complete

Selene was about to follow through with a blow or two to stun him enough for a takedown move, but was surprised to find Max's suddenly yank at her thigh. Her balance gave way and she fell backward onto her ass. She tried to keep herself in a sitting position and focused on what Max might try next, trying to kick at him with her free leg, though depending on how he reacts, she might not have the leverage.

Max fell backwards from the kick, but held onto the captive leg. "Quite some fight you have," he said with a smirk, licking his lips, "I like that." He yanked at Selene's leg some more, trying to bring her closer to him.

"I get that a lot," Selene grunted. As Max pulled Selene's leg toward him, she fell back from her sitting position. Still, she tried to arch her leg and bring her free leg up to strike one of Max's arms, though given her position being knocked back, her aim will probably be far from optimal.

Max's arm may have been the target, but his chest ended up getting kicked. He felt his grip release as he fell backwards with an "Oomph." His head hit the ground, bringing back the pains he had from Luna's punch earlier. Max lay back holding his head in pain.

As soon as his grip came free of her leg, Selene lept to her knees, seeing that her foe was hurting, but expecting him to pull out a move similar to what he did last time he appeared weak, she immediately moved in to try to grab his left leg and try to wrench it around so that she could sit on his backside and apply a single leg boston crab.

Max was too preoccupied with his ailing head to fight off Selene as she wrenched his and turned him on his back. "Ahh!!" he pounded the ground with a fist. Max would place both palms on the ground and would try to push his body up, hoping to fight off Selene's hold.

"Hah!" She shouted as she wrenched in the hold as tight as she could. This early in the fight, she knew it wasn't going to last. With a few shoves against the ground, he soon knocked Selene off. She lurched forward, letting her momentum carry her to her feet. Trying to press the advantage, she quickly spun around and lept up to try to do a leg drop on his back, largely as a means to mount his back and apply a more potent hold. It was a hasty and risky attempt, though...

Max was already on his knees, palms still on the ground, as Selene went to do the drop kick. He knew he couldn't dodge what he felt coming, but he couldn't let her get such an easy hit either. Max dropped his body and quickly rolled onto his back, but the leg drop met with his side as he did so. "Ahh!" was all he could say as he finished his roll onto his back, holding his side.

Her plans flustered by Max rolling over, Selene decided on another tactic. "Alright then," she rolled over, lying perpendicular to him, and tried to put his head between her thighs and apply a scissors hold.

Max was angry. He had not been dominated so thoroughly since his arrival at the campus. His head was now caught in the vice of a scissor hold to which he screamed out from the increased pain. His hands worked hard, trying to pry them apart at the feet.
