The words of a friend+Crash Course Training (Complete)

Hana smiled and said, "Nice to know you're interested. I shall demonstrate this technique on this wooden dummy."

With that, Hana pulled out a wreslter made entirely out of wood and threw it into the air. With that, she leapt up behind the dummy and grabbed its wrists. She lifted up her right leg, locking its neck in place and used her left leg to lock the dummy's left leg, pulling hard and putting a few cracks in it. As she and the dummy descended, she got back-to-back with the wooden wrestler and grabbed its arms and legs with her own, driving its neck and knees into the canvas.

The wooden dummy broke to pieces as Hana said, "That was the Muscle Spark."

Carol's jaw dropped as she saw Hana execute such a powerful move. She took a step back and nerviously . "I hope Katelyn doesnt break to pieces when I perform it on her.." Carol said and walked toward Hana,asking if she had another wooden dummy.

Hana smiled and said, "Good to see that you're interested. Alright, let's see if you can manage it."

Hana pulled out a wooden dummy and said, "Do as you please."

Carol threw the dummy into the air and leapt up behind of it. She lifted up her right leg, locking its neck and used her other leg to lock the dummy's left leg, pulling weakly. And thats all she reached to do. She suddenly released the dummy in the air and fell onto her back on the floor.

"Aggh!"

"That's not bad," Hana said, "You were able to use a quarter of the move. It took me 10 years to master that move. You might be my most promising discible yet."

"You think? Guess I did it okay..." Carol said and rubbed the back of her head,slightly embarrased. She picked up the dummy again and threw it into the air. She leapt up behind of it and lifted her leg up,locking its neck,and used her left leg to lock the dummy's left leg. This time,she pulled harder and the cracks appeared. She noticed it and quickly got back to back with the dummy. She felt really good as she managed to drive the dummy's neck and knees onto the floor. She ended up laying onto her back and panting loudly.

" *pant* I .....did it...alright?"

"That's most impressive," Hana said, stroking her chin, "Now let's make you stronger. Learning the move was only a part of it. And since it took you less than a day to learn what took me 10 years, I feel you're worthy of only my best training."

And so, the two spent long hours with crash course training. Hana had Carol do a few simple things like doing pushups while Hana sat on her back and there were others such as pulling a boulder attached to chains up a mountain.

After all of that, Hana sighed and said, "You'd better stay here for the night. I'll prepare you some soothing tea."

"Thank you...You've been really nice to me,Hana" Carol said to her trainer. Her body was completely exhaust after all that hard trining. Surely,it improved Carol's strength,speed and endurance like ten times more,but did it have to be so hard?! Anyway,Carol can relax her body now that the training is over.

Hana smiled and presented her some tea saying, "Tomorrow's gonna be a big day. Don't choke or get too nervous, alright?"

"Why? What will happen tomorrow?" Carol asked. She tried to remember if there was any birthday or something special tomorrow,but she didnt come up with anything.
