The Battle Continues: Emily Nelson vs Natasha Han

Emily had figured that Natasha would be exhausted enough by this point that she could finish her off with ease. Not for the first time in this match, however, the Russian caught her by surprise, resisting the whip and instead standing with her legs braced firmly on the mat. Stunned, Emily nearly lost her balance...and suddenly found herself being whipped across the ring instead, running and bouncing forcefully off the ropes...

If she wasn't so tired, so exhausted, Natasha would have had a million ways to punish Emily as she bounced back towards her. As it stood though, she could barely keep herself standing at this point.

So, the great Russian went for the simplest, easier attack she could think of. As her Scottish rival raced back at her, up came Natasha's leg, aiming a big boot attack straight for Emily's face, hoping she could smash it into her and keep her down long enough to find a way to finish the match.

Emily, though, was running too fast to avoid any of this as she came running back. She tensed herself, preparing herself to dodge a clothesline, but was taken by surprise as Natasha's boot snapped up and slammed against her face. The Scotswoman gave a stunned cry of alarm as she was sent crashing onto her back. The crowd collectively gasped as the Noble Fighter lay floored at Natasha's feet, groaning as her head shook left and right and her legs twitched.

As soon as Emily went down, Natasha dropped down to one knee before her, her head hung low as she breathed hard and heavy. She was glad her attack had connected, had completely floored Emily, but the Russian was still running on fumes. Normally, she would have tried to force a submission out of her opponent at this point, but she knew, she just knew there was no way that was going to happen. She just didn't have the energy to wrap up Emily in any kind of hold and keep her trapped long enough to force out a submission.

She could only hope that her big boot had taken enough out of Emily that it would keep her down, long enough for Natasha to get a three-count over her. Letting herself drop closer to the mat, Natasha slid over her friend's body, sliding against her until they were lying chest-to-chest with each other, Natasha pushing down against Emily. She couldn't even find the strength to lift up Emily's leg to secure the pin. All she could do was press down close against her, and hope for the best.

The referee dropped to the mat beside them, raising up an arm and slapping the mat hard for the first count. "One...!" she cried out, the audience jumping to their feet, watching, just waiting to see what would happen next. Half of them were cheering for Natasha, hoping she would get the win, while the other were yelling, screaming for Emily, urging the Noble Fighter to kick out and put the Russian down into her place...

Emily's vision swam as she lay on her back, still dazed from Natasha's kick to her face. She was dimly aware of the background noise of the crowd and the harsh glare of the lights overhead, but beyond that she felt too out of it to move. She could only kick weakly at the mat with one leg, trying to slowly build up the energy to get moving again.

All of a sudden, though, she felt Natasha's body slide down against hers, the Russian's ample chest pressing up against hers. The Scotswoman blushed, but then heard the ref starting the countdown and the crowd exploding into noise beyond her.

"TWO..." the ref continued, before Emily let out a groan and twisted her body weakly to the side-- not enough to dislodge Natasha from on top of her, but still enough, barely, to get a shoulder off the mat.

"Aaaaaggh!" groaned Natasha, as Emily pushed up, getting that shoulder up off of the canvas. She shook her head, pushing herself up to her knees, staring down at Emily. She didn't know whether to be impressed or annoyed by her friend and her resilience, but either way she knew this match needed to come to an end. She slowly, oh-so-slowly, started to push herself back up to her feet, moving around towards Emily's head. Emily was still down, and Natasha decided it was time to go for a big, risky move to try and finish off the Noble Fighter once and for all.

Leaning down, the Russian grabbed for Emily's hair, pausing for a moment as she jerked her head up. Then she started to pull hard on her, trying to pull Emily back up to her feet, wanting the woman up and ready for Natasha's next move.

As the Russian rolled off of her, Emily gave a groan and caught her breath. Her head was still beating like a drum from Natasha's brutal kick, and she was still feeling too dazed to move. She blinked, trying to clear out the cobwebs and focus back on the match before Natasha could take advantage of her downed position. "Nnnnugh..."

The next thing Emily knew, however, her long hair was grabbed and yanked, hard. "Aaagh!" she gasped as she was pulled upright, dragged up to her feet by Natasha. Her arms pawed weakly at Natasha's wrists as the Russian took control...

Natasha took a deep breath, shoving Emily down to a doubled-over position once the two of them were up on their feet. She had to see this through, she had to finish this, and now was her chance.

She gave Emily's hair another tug, pulling her head towards herself, to shove it right in-between each of her thighs. Her legs clamped around the Scotswoman's head, as the Russian leaned forward, going to wrap her arms as tight as she could muster around Emily's body, starting to strain as she tried to lift up Emily, off of her feet. She was trying to set her friend up for a piledriver, hoping the impact of such a massive attack would finally, finally put Emily down long enough for her to finally get the pin...

As she was dragged, stumbling, up to her feet, Emily felt Natasha tug her downwards. Gasping, she was forced to bend over, weakly grabbing for Natasha's wrists as the other girl yanked her hair. The next thing she knew, Natasha's powerful legs were clamped around her head, and the Russian's arms were encircling her waist as in the setup for a piledriver.

"Hnnn...nno..." Emily gasped, even as her skull was squeezed between Natasha's thighs. She had fought long and hard in this match, and she refused to be put away just yet. Squirming, she would brace her legs in an effort to prevent Natasha from lifting her, while bringing her arms up around Natasha's waist for a counter-grip. Clenching her teeth, she would try to step forwards, to slowly push Natasha towards the corner...

Natasha went to lift Emily off of her feet, thinking she had this match in the bag, at long last...but then, Emily was able to brace herself, shifting her weight to keep Natasha from picking her up. The Russian stared down at her in shock, somewhat amazed that Emily still had this strength in her. She only grew more amazed as her friend's arms came up, snaking around her waist nice and tight!

"Guh..." choked out Natasha, as she suddenly felt herself being pushed backwards, right into the corner, right where Emily wanted her...
