After shaking her head a few times to clear the cobwebs from her head, Evan staggered back to her feet. That's a bad habit you have... Eva thought to herself as she looked back at Linear. She didn't doubt that it wasn't intentional, but still, how could he have not known she wasn't ready? No one said go, or even stipulated victory conditions. Eva just shook her head, it wasn't a big deal.

"It's fine... let's just agree that will will say when we are going to start, okay?" she would say, forcing a smile at the boy. She couldn't lie and say she wasn't a bit mad about it, but this was a firendly spar, and she didn't want to ruin the whole thing by getting upset at him. Still, she wanted to get back at him for it. "So, what kind of match were you thinking?"

"I don't know, mostly a martial arts if possible, since it wouldn't be fair if you used submissions." He answered. "Just striking I suppose." He took a defensive stance as soon as he said that.

He didn't move as he awaited her answer. Even after she responded to it, be it a yes or no, he would prepare himself for her attack. She said that she wasn't going to pull any punches despite him being injured, but the thing was that she was most likely going to understimate him.

He did have a point, it wouldn't be too fair to go for submissions against someone who couldn't use their ars to their full potential. So she guess it was only fair to go with just strikes. Still, he couldn't use him arms, how well could he do with just using his legs? There was only so much you could do with only two main points of attack.

"Alright, if that's what you want," Eva would say, getting herself ready to start the match as well. She didn't really know what to expect from Linear, but she would have to be ready for anything. At least he won't be as bad as my last opponent... she thought to herself, shivering at the thought of her last match.

It seems that Eva was understimating him, and he wanted to correct her. Obviously he would start out with something small and easy first. He took a step forward, and without warning, bent low and shot his leg forward like an arrow. He repeated his previous action, hoping that it would hit her in the chin.

But regardless of weather she avoided it or not, he didn't really care. As he had something else in mind.If anything, he would be surprised if this attack got through a second time.

Now that they were both ready for the match, Eva stood ready for Linear to make the first move. Thankfully, he did, sending the same kick from before right at her chin again. She was ready for it this time, and she would weave to the side to avoid the kick. Once off to the side, Eva would try to get behind him, and go two wrap her arms around Linear's waist, and attempt to lift him up and throw him over her with a quick german suplex. She couldn't afford to give Linear a chance to go at her. After taking the kick to the chin, she was already a little dazed by that. Plus, she wanted to get back at him for it. She wasn't made, but an eye for an eye wasn't a bad thing.

Linear wasn't a fool. Despite being hospitalized for months, he still retain some of his previous instincts. He knew that a second same move would fail, so when she weaved to the side to avoid it, he would quickly position his body in a manner that would greatly soften the impact, making it so that the damage he took from the suplex be greatly reduced.

Though he still felt something when his back hit the ground, it didn't hurt. However nevertheless, he laid on the ground and pretended to moan as if he was dazed so as to trick her into letting her guard down.

(Sorry was in camp! That's why it took so long.)

Eva was a bit surprised that she was so easily able to get her arms around Linear. He really wasn't going to make it that hard for her, was he? Once got her arms locked around him pretty tightly, she would lift him over her and hit him with a good German suplex, which seemed to do quite good. Once the move had done it's job, she would let his waist go and quickly get to her feet. She had to capitalize and make this once really count. She didn't know what Linear could do without his arms, and she didn't really want to find out.

With him hopefully still down on the mat, Eva would go to run at the ropes and bounce off of them, going right back at the downed Linear before jumping up into the air and aiming an elbow at the boy's chest, hoping to hit it hard, and dead on.

Linear however had been expecting this. He played possum to lure her into a closer position, seeing that his arms hadn't recovered from his accident. The moment Eva dried to drop her elbow, he would quickly lift his legs upwards, so that her elbow slams onto nothing but the ring.

Once then, the legs that he brought up, he would quickly slam them down on top of her head at the moment that she gets distracted that her elbow hits nothing but the ring.

Eva felt good to be on top. Linear was tough, so far, but she hoped to put an end to that. Once she went for the elbow drop, she hoped to hit him hard enough to try and go for a pin, but that plan fell through quickly. As she went down, Linear managed to lift his legs, and her elbow hit nothing but the mat, sending a jolt off pain up her arm.

Linear's skill was beginning to show, especially with his next move. The legs he had brought up, were now coming down, and they came down right on top of Eva's head, knocking her for quite a loop. "Gah!" she shouted as her arms went to cradle the side of her head. She hadn't been expecting such an odd move. But people were full of surprises, and those surprises were going to be her undoing if it kept up.
