Four Corners Elimination Match

"Yosh!" Rei said as she saw the girl make the tag her hands still behind the back of her head in a rather relaxed position. She could see the two conversing a little but, the crowd's noises didn't allow her to hear their words. Rei blinked as her opponent ran straight towards her, she quickly tried to get into her fighting stance.

"Ughh!" Rei let out a groan as her opponent buried her fist into her stomach, the girl tried to snag Angel's wrist but, the speedster had already jumped back. Rei doubled over slightly as she took a step back to, the girl coughed a little as the blow knocked the wind out of her. Rei wiped the bit of saliva that had came out of the corner of her mouth with the back of her hand. She disliked dealing with speedsters and strikers and it appeared angel had both striking and a ton of speed. However, she wasn't as fast as Heather Sunderland but, they're speeds were comparable in her eyes. "Tsk..." Rei knew she could beat these types but, they usually wore her down before she eventually snagged them in a submission and more often then not she couldn't catch them.

Rei backed off as she would do something most unorthodox but, it was move her submission mentor Mercedes pulled all the time. Hesitantly, Rei fell onto her back and onto the mat on purpose for no particular reason. She delibaretly laid onto the mat causing the crowd to be baffled at her actions.

Angel smiled at how she managed to attack and retreat succesfully as she watch her opponent double over she knew she had an adavantage that was until Rei lay'ed on the mat and wonder what her plan was. inching forward slowly she started wondering every possible attack Rei could do that was until she thought she got an idea. jumping back again Angel was going to do a gamble she ran at Rei and try to slide feet first kicking her in the side hoping Rei wouldn't catch her this time

Rei lifted her legs and planted her hands palms down as she got into a spider guard. This defensive position gave Rei opportunities to counter attack a large variety of attacks while keeping her opponent at a distance. However, Angel's baseball slide kick was not one of them. Rei tried to raise her hips and counter but, her opponent's feet crashed against her rib cage before she could turn her body.

"Ugh!" Rei groaned as she hissed in pain but, she wouldn't take that blow in vain as she tried to grab onto Angel's ankle before she pulled away. Rei would attempt to yank Angel's leg straight up so she could pinch the leg with her own and hug the girl's calf close to her body. Rei made sure the leg was straight before she would pull back putting pressure on the girl's knee joint bending it back the wrong way with all her might. The Cosplay Fighter was however wary of using this hold made her vulnerable.

Angel thought that Rei was going to counter be for her kick could do any damage but just after her kick connected she knew her opponent had her at this this point as her leg was grabbed and was put in a submission. "argh!" Angel yelled out in pain feeling her leg get bend the wrong way, trying to think of a way out of this Angel would kick at Rei's side as she had to get out of this fast.

Angel admit that Rei was going to be tough to beat she had to admit that but as she kicked Rei's side angel would try to lift her self up with her elbows and crawl over to the ropes thinking there was a rope break or something when she tried to reach for the ropes.

"Ugh!" Rei grunted as she was kicked in the side as her opponent managed to score another blow. The Cosplay fighter hissed as she didn't want these blows to add up and affect her performance through the duration of the match. The girl had to admit that her opponent's legs were really becoming to be a hassle.

"Where do you think you're going?" Rei asked as Angel began crawling toward the ropes.

Rei had little choice but, to release Angel from the knee bar. She unraveled her legs from her opponent's thigh before she would slide her closest leg under her opponent's leg as she used her foot like a hook. Rei would try to turn her opponent onto her stomach and stand up trying to secure her opponent's ankles in her clutches. With a grunt of effort, Rei would try to drag Angel to the center of the ring and force her into a Boston crab submission.

Angel was so close to the ropes just a little more and she would have been free form the submission, but she then felt her opponent let go of her and pulled her back to the center just to put her in a worst submission hold, as angel felt her lower back being bended she had to get out of this hold fast befor she gets in bad condition.

"ugh get off me !"angel demanded as she tried to kick one of her legs out of Reis clutches, just then angel had a bit of an idea as she attempted to kick her legs twice in a row befor going to the next one and then with as much strength as she could she muster she would kick both her leg and try to send the cosplay fighter flying

"Lots of submission holds done here. Came as expected. Why? You see, in these fur corners match, you just have your corner initially to do some high flying, and throwing a girl into the ropes is also kind of dangerous right now. Just watch until one of the corners gets empty, the match may change rapidly then."
Ise was quite pleased with the action up until now. None of the girls had been a champion yet, but this format seemed to her to be the perfect format to showcase the girls for consideration for the mid card belt of AFW. Sure, she had some troubles with her own bosses right now, but a result stayed a result and a good match a good match.

The Cosplay Fighter grinned as she would keep building pressure making sure her foe's back. Rei didn't let up wanting to inflict as much pain as possible, Rei was never one to sit still. She loved transitioning to submission to submission. The girl was thrown off by her opponent's rhythm as she went forward. Rei grunted as she was thrown off her her opponent as she was sent stumbling forward as she manged to keep herself on her feet for her most part steadying herself with her finger tips grazing across the mat. She ran forward to Natasha's corner as her chest hit the corner. The purple haired girl grunted as she looked eye to eye with Natasha.

"Wanna crack at her?" Rei said a little winded from the strikes she received earlier.

Rei offered her hand to tag Natasha Loclear in.

Natasha had been quite pleased to see Ciara make a tag not long after she had done so herself, not wanting the rookie to leave the match just yet. For the first time she found herself looking in on a match, having never been in a tag match before the whole experience was both new and intriguing, Natasha using the time wisely not only to catch her breath but also to study up on her opponents. She already knew Rei fairly well from their last match but this other Angel was new to her, the woman didn't have a particular style she could put her finger on yet as her moveset had been fairly varied, but at the least she looked like the speed type which was something she would have to keep an eye on.

Natasha was broken out of her thoughts when Rei came crashing into her corner, smiling at the woman she rested her arms on the ropes and giggled. "You know me so well Rei, take a break okay?" She said before reaching out to tap the woman on her head instead of the hand Rei had offered, slipping between the ropes quickly Natasha looked to take advantage of the opening Rei had given her by putting Angel in that submission hold, sprinting across the ring to give the woman a bit of her own medicine by going for a sliding kick to Angel's side.

Angel panted abit as she managed to get Rei off her back , she was able to endure alot of attacks but she needed to be able to breath for a bit to be able to do so, but she soon saw Rei tagged in Natasha who was sprinting already at her, dam no breaks right now angel thought to her self as soon as she thought that her side was soon kicked by Natasha's sliding kick

"ahh!" Angel yelped out grabbing her side and rolled over to the ropes quickly grabbing them, using them to help her up taking in as much air as possible, smiling as well for she was enjoying her self in this match and looked at Rei and Natasha then at Ciara, After getting to her feet Angel would run at Natasha and grab her shoulders Aiming a knee to Natasha's gut hoping it connected and doubled her over befor she would attempt putting Natasha's head between her legs setting her up for a power bomb as fast as possible
