Four Corners Elimination Match

Ciara's chance for victory was within her sights. With Natasha locked in the Boston Crab, she knew that this was her greatest chance to win the first, and possibly the most important match of her career here in the AFW. She knew that Natasha had a lot of experience over her, but that didn't matter to her now. All she had to do was make her tap. She silently thanked that she was so easily distracted by the ring announcer. She didn't really want to win like that, but still, she wasn't going to pass up the chance. No way!

Holding as tight as she could, she was thinking of little else aside from the victory that could come at any second. And that was a mistake. She barely noticed that Natasha was already attempting to work her way out of the hold. Ciara held on tight, but when her opponent suddenly managed to flip them over, the Irish girl's eyes shot wide in shock, unable to believe what was happening. Before she could even get a chance to try and catch Natasha, the woman's feet crashed into her chest, knocking the wind out of her, forcing her to role onto her side to try and catch a much needed breath.

As her feet connected with Ciara's chest Natasha felt a wave of relief washing over her body as the pain finally ceased, her body slumping down against the mat where she laid for several seconds struggling to recover her strength after such a prolonged stay inside that submission hold. She brought her arm up to her face, wiping away the tears that had been streaming from her eyes a moment ago, silently hoping that the green haired girl hadn't seen such a weak side to her. She liked to think the woman had an image of Natasha as a strong and beautiful woman in her head, one she would love to face again, and hoping she hadn't just lost that.

"That was...huff...too close." She mumbled beneath her breath just loud enough that Ciara might have heard her, glancing over at the green haired woman to see her kick had taken its toll upon the woman. "This might be my chance." She thought to herself, pushing herself to fight through the pain wracking her body as she would roll over and begin to crawl towards Ciarra. If she could get to her in time Natasha would try to push Ciara onto her back and lay on top of her, lifting one of the girl's legs up to place her into a pin.
