I'm sorry, you wanted a real answer? The thread is meant to compare and contrast their relationship with that of Akashi and Taylor from last year's backstage thread. Especially in light of the fact that this year's Avalanche is the capstone of Akashi and Taylor's current relationship arc. So, you aren't in the thread because Natascha hasn't been Heathers closest friend for the past two real time years.

Here's a more conciliatory answer which is also true. After the first billed characters are done with the thread, it is open to any other groups that agree that the want to post in it together.

I would like to heartily congratulate the participants of the matches that have already concluded, Flubs, d_ultsch, Tatyina and Bluemouse. Thanks a lot for making Avalanche as great as it is. We seem to be on pace to complete all the other matches too. (Except maybe mine. We'll see. Always the bridesmaid never the bride.) All of these matches are looking awesome!
