Trisha's duel with Eveleen

The hammer swung down with great strength as it struck hard against the hot steel which created sparks that flew across the air. Taking the steel with tongs, the blacksmith Ezekiel dipped the blade in water creating a hissing sound followed by the bubbling of water. The water evaporated so quickly, the blacksmith's workshop was covered in hot mist. Wiping the sweat from his brow, the young master blacksmith worked through the night as he was hired by Trisha Birkin to forge a Mithril sword. Ezekiel took a breath as the mineral required him to heat the material much hotter than he needed to create an iron sword which is why he needed to use fire magic to create a flame strong enough to melt mithril which was no easy task. Working through the night of constantly reheating the blade, cooling it down and polishing it. Ezekiel took a seat as he laid the restored and the improved Alastor over a clean towel marveling at his own handiwork. The blade was nearly unbreakable, light and could withstand dragon fire and still not melt. It was lighter than steel and Ezekiel made it perfectly balanced.

"Heh.... well isn't she pretty..." Ezekiel said as the dawning sun reflected the blade's beauty. "It'll be hard to say goodbye to this one..."

Ezekiel had told Trisha that it'd take an entire day and night to forge her a sword. She told her to come back around noon so she could be ready for her. Meanwhile, his humble shop stood next to the town guard headquarters where a group of guards were grouped together. One in particular, Eveleen Redfield seemed to be in the middle of discussing what had happened a few nights ago in a town a few days travel from here. An onlooker watches from a distance sitting at a table, whose visage and identity were hidden under a dark cloak.

"The invincible Black Knight by the name of Victoria, I heard she defeated entire the entire town guard by herself." One began.

"I also heard she defeated Trisha Birkin, you know the daughter of thee Nathan Birkin..." Said another,"And.... humiliated the poor thing... right in the town square."

"Hmpf! I've heard enough..." Eveleen said shaking her head, "This 'Black Knight' is no more than a coward who bullies on the weak just because she knows a few sword tricks. The swordsman out west are weak and what of this Tisha Birkin? Victoria only but, defeated a girl. No, a slut. A woman would sooner accept death than to be subjugated to such humiliation, let alone a proud warrior. That girl has no skills! She thinks that just cause she carries her parent's name and a pretty little sword, she thinks she's some hero as if she is as great as her parents were. Nothing but, a spoiled brat..."
