Yeah, they pretty much follow the same formula: "Guy that loves fighting saves the world from big bad villain". Also, most of them have also one tsundere rival:

Sakura Card-Captors - Shoran
DBZ - Piccolo/Vegeta
Naruto - Sasuke
Pokemon- Gary
Shurato - Gai
Inuyasha - Seshomaru

Card Captor Sakura is NOT shonen, and Syaoran is NOT a 'tsundere rival'. >___<

Why is the alternate naruto universe in the upcoming movie looking a lot cooler than the one that is the original universe ?

The show and movie were classic to no end <img src=

" title="Smile" /> and was one of the many that kicked off the gore craze lol, as well as designs for Street Fighter's Vega and Rolento etc.
