"Bollocks" meaning balls or testicles when used to refer to something else means that it is shit... eg. "You're talking bollocks" is the equivalent of saying "You're talking shit"... Of course if something is "The dogs bollocks" then it's the complete opposite and suddenly becomes the best thing since sliced bread.
