Entropy Championship: Taylor Parker(C) vs. Tessa Price

Coming out from the Rolling Thunder, everything seemed fine. Even when she was still in the air, the Champ was still down and ready to pose as *Unknown Person Number One who previously held a title belt* to drop it to the new Champion Tessa.

And then there was reality, Taylor brought her knees up and the Blonde landed hard, bounced off from the defense of Taylor and initially rolled over the mat before ending on her back, dazed and badly mauled, moaning silently.

Taylor grunted as Tessa crashed into her knees, and the impact knocked the wind out of her. She gasped in several deep breaths and rolled onto her hands and knees. She looked over at Tessa, and she definitely seemed to have got the worst of it. She cracked a smile and pushed herself back to her feet.

Despite just having her brain rattled, Taylor felt good about her chances. Her instinct was to go after Tessa while she was down, hit her hard, put her in a submission hold and make her quit, but the way she was laying there on the mat... She looked like she was out of it for Taylor to go for something she'd never successfully hit in a match before.

She quickly moved to the nearest corner, grabbed the ropes and vaulted up to the top. She turned around to face Tessa and stayed crouched on the top rope, watching and waiting for Tessa to get up. Timing was everything. She didn't want to think about what happened if she missed, the butterflies in her stomach were reminder enough of that.

"Over here, skank! Get up!" She taunted, just to try to counteract her nerves.

There was quite a temptation to just make the X-Gesture to the referee girl, showing that she was no longer able to compete. After she had been hammered through tables in her last matches, this self inflicted action had a different quality of pain to offer. Not a prolonged and kind of dull pain, but sharp jolts instead.

But being agood sport, she wouldn't just roll over and play possum. Her first title in AFW seemed far away, and somehow she fought herself to stand up, shacking and somehow dizzy. The Champion shuoted something, and she instinctively turned into the direction of the voice, not quite realizing what was happening.

Taylor took a deep breath and waited just until Tessa began to turn around. She visually measured the distance and then without hesitation she sprung off the turnbuckle, turned a full backflip before wrapping an arm around Tessa's neck in midair. She kept turning to land on her back, with all of her momentum yanking Tessa down to plant her headfirst in the mat.

From a wrestler's perspective, the action Taylor was about to execute was a work of art. Or some spotmonkey in action, depending if you were a purist wrestler or liked to do a little flashy wrestling.

Anyway, the hand around her neck caused her to try tp put a hand on her nose to prevent it from breaking again before crashing on the ground with full force, lying where she had fallen without moving much when the smoke had been cleared.

Holy shit, it worked!

After a moment of ecstatic disbelief, Taylor snapped back to reality and shoved Tessa over onto her back. She shoved Tessa's arm between her legs and laid her hips flat against the side of her chest, and braced her forearm against Tessa's cheek, forcing her head all the way to the side so she wouldn't be able to roll that shoulder up.

She threw her free hand up in the air for the crowd and counted along with the ref on her fingers.

"One! Two!"

"THREE!!!"
A canon could have fired off beside the blonde, it would have been of no real concern to her. All she was concerned of was blowing air through the nose, and luckily it worked, implying that it wasn't broken or fractured again.

Although the loss was disappointing, she was still glad that it was over. Taylor clearly had her number in this fight, and meeting the person Taylor Parker with a somewhat bitchy attitude had not been a big blast either.

Taylor bounced up to her knees and threw her arms up triumphantly, beaming with a big grin. It was a clean, satisfying win, and it ought to prove to some people that her win over Natalia wasn't just a fluke. She was climbing the AFW ladder, and people would have to respect her.

She looked down at her spent opponent. She didn't try to help her up or anything, in her current state that would be dumb. She only leaned over her and put a hand on Tessa's cheek to direct her to look up at Taylor.

"Hey. You did good. You didn't quit. Work hard and better luck next time, okay?" As much as she wanted to crack wise with her, what was the point. It would have been too much of a dick move to rub it in or anything. She gave her a pat on the shoulder and was up on her feet, making the rounds, jumping up on the turnbuckles to bask in the crowd's affection. She'd earned her win. She was going to enjoy every last moment of it, and then she was off to find Johnny and Akashi.
