Dark Match: Trinity vs. Jean Grey

"Hurrghh..." Trin grunted in the headlock, a move she particularly hated as it always tended to work well on her. If this wasn't enough, it seemed that Jean was about to flex her mat wrestling knowledge at the goth girl. Jean's theory shined with flying colors as she captured Trin's upper thigh, forcing Trin to spread her legs open. "Ahh!" the goth winced as the position began to cause her discomfort when Jean pressed Trin's tiring shoulders to the mat. The goth squirmed a bit but it was obvious that she was very weak in the technical department as most of her arsenal was dirty moves and brawling-type tactics. She knew a bit else and several holds but in pure wrestling knowledge Trin lacked greatly.

The ref was on top of the situation and got down close to get a good look a the goth's shoulders as the rubbed and squirmed on the mat...

"One!" she counted.

Trin's struggling began to weaken as she tired herself out a bit attempting to power her way out of Jean's expert hold...

Seems if this was a mat wrestling seminar Jean would have won. However as Trinity squirmed Jean would not be able to hold her down for the full count of three. Jean was forced to shift a bit, she would still keep the tight leg scissor on Trinity's upper thigh but now she was on longer lying on top of her head, her left arm alternated between trying to keep wrapped around the back of trinity's neck or pushing her shoulder down, while her other arm was now grasping for Trinity's other leg as if though she were trying to cradle her a bit.

"Two!" the referee's count contined.

Trin felt Jean shifting about to gain a better position on her. The hold was draining and it wasn't long before Jean managed to cradle Trin's other leg, neautralizing both of Trin's strongest ways of kicking out of the pin. Trin moaned out and her arms fell down to the mat in exhaustion. Trinity panted softly, her eyes opening slightly to look up at Jean over her...

Jean shifting her hold into the cradle would cause Trinity's shoulder to lift partially from the mat at one point breaking the pin count. As Jean locked the banana split pin in the referee got into a new position to count. Would it be a three count? Jean had technical skills but seeing as how it wasn't her signature move there was still the possiblity of escape if one tried hard enough.

Trin had been preparing to force her shoulder up but by a lucky break she somehow was lifted a bit as Jean shifted about for position, actually lifting Trin's shoulder slightly.

"Two count!" The referee announced to Jean.

Trin's eyes widened, and she took the slight stroke of fortune as a sign that this was her second chance. She let the situation give her a possible second wind as her body began to squirm a bit more strongly.

The referee watched Trin's shoulders get moved back down by Jean Grey and did her duty to restart the count.

"One!"

Trin struggled more and more, trying to force Jean to lose her balance given she was constantly shifting about for a better mat pin, but Trin forced her shoulder up before two and the referee informed Jean of the kick out...

Jean sat up as Trinity broke the count on the cradle pin. However instead of a sigh of disappointment, she sported a toothy wolfish grin. She still had her leg leg scissor hold on Trinity's thigh and was now holding the other goth girl's slender leather clad leg in her arms. Jean was now abandoning the mat pinning work out and was going to attempt the rolling cradle.

It would involve holding both of trinity's legs around the crotch area and rolling Trinity in a crazy way around the ring for a about a few seconds. It was meant to wear opponents down by the time it was released and if jean pulled this off, she too would be forced to relinquish her grip on Trinity and lie on the mat on her back for a few seconds to catch her breath and stave off her own dizzyness spell.

Trin was relieved she broke the pin but before she could sit up, suddenly she began to tumble about with her legs cradled and spread open. "AHhh!" Trin screamed out as her body felt like it was in a snowball rolling down a large snowy hill. They continued to travel about the middle of the ring a few more moments until Jean halted the chaos and had to stop to recover from the dizziness. Trinity was also ravaged by the move and was similar to Jean, resting on her back with her arms above her head and her legs bent and spread way open. Her chest heaved and Trin's eyes rolled back before closing, her head feeling like it was spinning around. After about 10 seconds, if Jean didn't move on her by then, Trin would slowly begin to roll for the ropes in an attempt to escape the ring and Jean to buy herself some time to regain her wits...

Jean crawled weakly over to the corner and sat there to rest as Trinity slipped out of the ring. So far it had been a fairly exhilirating match.

Trin caught her breath and looked up at Jean who was resting in the corner. The longer Trin looked at her, the angrier she would become. She had this match in control earlier and now Jean was allowed to shift the momentum because of her mat savvy. Trinity growled and rolled back into the ring. She measured the resting Jean Grey and then charged at her. If Jean didn't recover in time, Trin would turn and ram her healthy butt right into her foe's face as she rested in the corner....

Jean wasn't that tired. The moment Trinity crawled back into the ring, she got up clearly ready to get it on again. She gave that confident brawler's smirked and gestured at Trinity to bring it and started circling her.
