The Feathers and the Lockharts: Making it up to them

The Feather sisters won against the Lockharts by forfeit, but they didn't feel at all happy about it. White Feather's last attack left Leila Lockhart helpless with an injured back. They wanted to make sure their friends are okay and that they'll find a way to make it up to them for the damage. Once they reached the medical area backstage, they both stopped to think what should do.

"Lily, you go on ahead and talk to them." said White Feather.

"Don't you want to come along, Layla?" asked Black Feather. "I'm sure the Lockharts would like to have you too."

White Feather looked depressed in response. "After what I did back there? No, I'm not ready yet. Aerial is still upset because of me."

"....Well, alright. I'll go and put in a word for you. But please, don't be afraid. Aerial will surely understand and forgive you."

"I hope so."

So, the younger Feather went in first. "Hello?" asked Black Feather peering over the corner to see the Lockharts. "Uh, can I come in?"

"Oh hi there?" Aerial simply greeted them while sitting by a bed. Next to her was Leila lying in the bed reading a magazine. She turned towards them for a moment but quickly turned back to look at the next bed towards her which was being blocked by a curtain.

For some reason or so, Aerial seemed really eager.

Yet not knowing that Leila's hair while still long seemed a shorter since their match.

BF felt a little shy as she walked to the sisters. "So Aerial...um...how is Leila feeling?"

WF too peered over the corner to watch.

"She's fine, come in and say hi." Aerial ordered her and her sister in, waiting for them to come up.

BF went up to Leila and bent down to her level. "Oh Leila, it's so good to see you. How's your back feeling?"

What Leila said next took the feather sister by surprise. "Her sis, who are these two?" She asked while putting down the book.

Aerial turned away, trying to contain her laughter and was doing a good job of it.

"And why are they calling me Leila?" She asked.

"Woah," said Black Feather. "Not only did that attack injure her, but it rattled her brain." She then giggled a little. "I remember White Feather used to tell me of this every time I lose my memory due to a bump on the head."

She then turned to Leila. "Well, my name is Lily McCarthy, but you can call me Black Feather. I know you Leila, that's your name."

Meanwhile White Feather stepped out to meet the eldest Lockhart. "Hi, Aerial."

For a moment, Leila simply looked towards her elder sister who had her back turn towards the feather sisters. And while the feather sisters couldn't see her expression, she was more then capable of seeing her elder sister struggling to with hold the full blown laughter that was threatening to errupt.

Sighing, she didn't know what to do. "Okay sis, what are you planning?" She asked, ignoring the two sisters who had come to visit.

White Feather would smile a little at Leila's unexpected humor though she may not remember much. She does however know a way to help her regain her memory again (it's a gift).

White Feather then walked over to Aerial. "Hey Aerial, can I talk to you?"

"Before you do..." Leila reached forth and grabbed her sisters arms and pulled her around. "Please explain..." She requested.

In return, Aerial suddenly burst into a full blown laughter without control, she was laughing almost as hard as a mental patient.
