Entering the Thug's Lair

Veronica continued to pay attention to Sarah, nodding at points she understands, before she turned her head around as soon as Sarah gave permission for the unknown person to enter. She saw the green-haired girl, and Veronica couldn't help but think if she also wanted to join the Gatt Attack. However, she merely remained silent as she let Sarah and this newcomer take over the conversation.

The green-haired girl nodded and cautiosly stepped inside, revealing her tall slennder body dressed in a green tang top and blue jeans. "My name is Aria," the girl introduced shyly. "I'm part of the tag team the Tomcats. And....I need you to beat someone down for me."

A grin began to spread across Sarah's face. Business was starting to pick up. "Is that so?" Sarah asked, her grin spreading. For the moment Vernica was forgotten. "And why do you need that, my dear?"

Aria swallowed nervously, and her eyes clouded with anger. "Because these two girls jumped us a few weeks back, just because we beat one of them in a match! My friends were very badly hurt; one of them was nearly killed!" She grit her teeth angrily as she remembere the sight of Hailey in a hospital bed, her head wrapped tightly in bandages.

"Interesting," Sarah said, not giving any symphathy to Aria in the least. "And why can't you take care of them yourselves?"

'B-Because," Aria stammered, biting her tongue uncertainly. "We can't....fight people like that. People who would go to such lengths just to get us back for a loss...." Aria shivered remembering that day. Back then she honestly thought she wouldn't get out of there alive.

Sarah nodded in understanding. Violence outside of sactioned matches didn't sit well with most fighters. it sounded like an okay gig Beat up some girls and put the fear of God in them. She could do it herself or....

She looked back at Veronica, and grinned from ear to ear. "How bout you take care of this?" she asked the Kawaii. "That way I can judge if you really are suited for this job."

After listening to the conversation, Veronica turned back to Sarah after hearing the woman's offer, and she nodded, her eyes slightly narrowing now as she was serious. "I will do this job to the best of my abilities, and prove my worth to you and the Gatt Attack." She said in a monotone, dead serious voice.

Sarah raised an eyebrow at the sudden change of tone in Veronica's voice. It was certainly a change from the shy and nervous girl that walked in. It even made that Aria girl a little more nervous to be here. Maybe Veronica had what it takes after all. "Alright, the job's yours," Sarah decided. She looked to Aria again. "Who are these girls?"

"I-I just saw one of them,' Aria explained. "She looked like she was just about to go home for the day. You can still catch her!"

"There you go," Sarah said, and propped her feet up and the desk again, grinning at Veronica. "Go get her, tiger. Show me what you can do.:

Veronica quickly stood up, staring straight into Sarah's eyes. One day, she will have to beat up this powerful woman. But for now, she wanted to do the job, she need the money, and wanted her daily life back. She quickly turned around, giving one cold glance to Aria, before she left the office, slamming the door behind her. She then jolted towards the hallway where the locker rooms are, figuring that since the person is getting ready to leave, she must be in one of the locker rooms. She hid herself behind one of the walls, waiting for someone to come out of one of the many locker rooms so she can deduce if that first person is her target or not based on her judgement.

Veronica didn't care who she had to hurt, as long as she get her wages. She already had been through enough suffering, and it's about time she is able to freely bring the suffering to everyone else through a profession she obtained. She wanted everyone in this world to suffer, to feel her pain, and the first targets would be none other than the Gatt Attack's victims, the girl lurking behind the corner as she anxiously waited for the first leaving person to show up, becoming the predator in this situation.

Aria quickly side-stepped Veronica to get out of her way, allowing her to do her job. "Make sure to humiliate her," she growled as Veronica left.

"Now," Sarah said with a smile. "let's talk payment...."

Meanwhile, inside the locker rooms, Vallerie Crown was getting ready to call it a day. The former gang leader had just finished up a workout with her ally Vanessa Vander, who had left just before her. Most of their time there they had spent bullying Kawaii wrestlers out of their money, so it was safe to say this workout was profitable. "Time for a smoke," Vallerie said with a grin, pulling on her tight blue jeans. she also wore a tight black sweater to complete her ensemble. Grabbing her black guitar she slung it over her shoulder and left the locker room, unaware what was waiting for her outside....

Veronica took a quick peek after she heard one of the doors opening, and saw Vallerie exiting it and heading straight for the exit. Automatically, she assumed that this girl was her target. Already seeing the guitar as a major threat, she thought of a way to strike while quickly taking that weapon out of the fray. And she just thought of something simple and effective.

The girl moved out, following Valerie with quiet footsteps. "Um, excuse me." Veronica would say in a soft tone, wanting Vallerie to turn around as soon as she was right behind her. And without warning, she would kick up and drive her shin between the girl's legs for a devastating low blow.

Vallerie adjusted the shulder strap on her uitar as she was heading out, not expecting anyone to be there waiting for her. Vanessa had already gone home, and she was practically the only friend Vallerie had in this place. Well, she wouldn't call her a friend persay, but they watched each others back.

That's why she was surprised when someone called out behind her. Without really thnking Vallerei turned around to disdern who it was, and her eyes nearly bulged out of her sockets. No sound came from her when the kick struck her crotch, which actually lifted her a few inches off the floor, and immediately she collapse to her knees, cluthing her wounded area. "W-What the f-fuck...?" Vallerie whimpered.

Veronica looked down at Vallerie, both literally and figuratively as she immediately grabbed a couple of handful of the girl's hair. "You are now a target of the Gatt Attack. Prepare to be terminated." The little girl said in her original monotone, serious voice as she would then start to send her knee into Vallerie's face, and won't relent until her victim nearly falls limp.

Vallerie cried out weakly when her hair was roughly grabbed, but that brutal kick to her crotch had practically paralysed her with pain. She couldn't even stand, let alone resist her attacker, whoever she was. Vallerie didn't kno the girl, nor did she kno what she wanted. But when Veronica said what she was here for, her eyes widened in startling realization.

"G-Gatt Attack?" she mumbled. "You mean Sara-UGGH!!!" The first knee to the face abruptly cut her off, and with the second one her nose started to bleed. The others hurt just much, pounding into her face mercilessly. Vallerie cried out with each impact, and with each one she grew steadily weaker. In some half-conscious desperation, she would reached out and grabbed Veronica's knee before it could get her again, holding onto it tightly lest more strikes come. Vallerie groaned in pain after that, her face an absolute mess as blood dripped out of her nose.
