Past Mistakes (Cirno vs Masane)

Masane looked behind her, and saw Cirno already panting loudly. She shook her head a little, and tried to push her over onto her back. "That's what happens when you expend energy as much as you do. You burn intensely, but you burn out quicker at the same time." She stated before trying to cover her for a pin.

Cirno remained silent even when she was pinned, her face was a bit sweaty and the side of her lip bruised because of the earlier punches, she still tried to kick herself free but she wasn't as strong as before, she was already tired and had a hard time keeping up, even if she could break the pin it would only get her hurtfurther without a succesfull blow.

"1! 2!" Masane kept her shoulders covered. She kind of felt bad, but this girl was on the opposing team. She'd press down with all she had, making sure Cirno stayed down for the three count, hopefully.

Cirno struggled as much as she could, as hard as she could but it proved to be useless when the referee's hand came down a third time, like a switch Cirno stopped struggling and simply laid there for a while, her eyes closed in defeat but also because she was tired, her hands falling back on the mat and waited for Masane to release her, her breathing was the only thing that could be seen as activity from her.

Masane huffed softly, and got off Cirno at the three count. She looked at her for a moment, and offered a friendly smile. This girl just didn't feel like the enemy to her. "You put up a good fight.." She offered.

Cirno remained on her back a little while longer, then her eyes opened to look straight up at Masane. The girl was stubborn but strong, supposingly it should be a good successor for Seraphim.. But she wasn't going to allow this again. She slowly rolled herself to the side of the ring, slowly getting out of it and walking slowly towards her equipment she left at the other referee, taking them with her good arm and equipping it carefully. Still she had no words for Masane, she didn't want to say anything anyway..

Masane frowned a little as Cirno still spared no words with her. Just who was that girl and why did she seem to harbor ill will to her??

After she was done she stepped towards the ramp and walked up to it, at the same time the lights started to die out untill it was completely black and the large screen turned it'sself on. Cirno dropped her head a little lower so she could stare at the ground, heading backstage while a movie started to play, it showed Cirno and Seraphim.

" Alright Cirno.. You are accepted in the White Gale.. I think I'll call you.. Little Blue Knight! "

Cirno grinned up at Seraphim and jumped in joy.

" Alright! I'll do everything I can to see peace in this federation! Count on my help, miss Seraphim! "

It showed Cirno with the brightest smile ever as she and Seraphim laughed together. The screen went static for a bit and suddenly it showed four Era of Hell members chasing Sindel, an old member of the White gale, trying to catch her and almost succeeded untill Cirno came and shoulder thrusted one of them backwards into the others, Sindel stopping to look at Cirno.

" What are you doing!? "

" Go, Lady Sindel! I'll hold them off! "

" What..? They're too much! Come on le- "

" Too late for that! Go! "

Sindel was forced to run off and curse loudly while Cirno did her best to hold them all back and after some heavy abuse she was finally knocked out cold and captured by the Era of Hell, the screen went static again. It took a while for the screen to show it's full resolution again and what was going on next, it showed Cirno wounded and chained against the wall, her head drooped low and she was panting for air.

" Tell us, Cirno, do you really think the White Gale will still save you? It's been a week.. They still haven't tried.. "

" They will... Show up..Seraphim.. Would never leave me behind... Never.. "

The screen went heavily staticked, the vision was completely gone but the voices could still be heard, though very deformed.

" Hah, let's just release her, no one is coming to save her. See that? You're so unimportant to them that they've let you rot here for two weeks now! "

Then the screen went completely black and the lights turned back on again, leaving the crowd clueless.

Masane stared at the screen, and shook her head slowly at the events that transpired on the screen. She suddenly understood why the girl had acted like she did. She started to stand up, and then climbed out of the ring, and ran up the ramp in search of Cirno.
