Brandon chuckled "you don't have to tease her like that Yatori-San I think she might blush to death if you do or she is going to attack you one of the two." Maya and Ale had fell further behind the group apparently lost in conversation.

Momoko nailed her gaze to her shoes, the better to try and get over her embarrassment at Yatori's teasing.

"I was kidding, Momo-chan," Yatori apologized. "She's really shy with boys," she told Brandon. In a whisper: "Can I trust you to help me help her out of that?"

Brandon looked at Yatori with a smile then nodded "of course" he whispered back to YAtori before looking over at Momoko who's eyes were still fixed on her shoes "it might be possible."

Momoko suddenly had a bad feeling.

Yatori sauntering over to her with a sneaky smile on her face confirmed her suspicion.

"Momo-chan?"

"Yatori-san, please," she sighed, staring at her shoes anew.

Yatori gestured for Brandon to sidle over to Momoko's side while she herself circled around her friend. "No, really, this time it's a really good idea," she said aloud as a distraction.

"Please..."

Brandon chuckled usually he wasn't one to go against peoples wishes but then again in this case either way he was going against someones wishes. So he moved over to Momoko's side though he didn't say anything not wanting her to freak out and hopefully get her a little bit more comftorable.

Sensing Yatori crowding her right, Momoko veered to the left- and bumped into the approaching Brandon.

"Ah!" she squeaked. "Gomennasai!" Her face flared like a red sun.

Brandon looked at Momoko just chuckling he could tell her ever being comfortable around him was going to be quite the task if not impossible. "Sorry about that Momoko I didn't mean to bump in to you like that."

"Such a pleasant day don't you agree Momoko-San we really did pick a good time to come to the park" he offered the beginnings of a conversation to Momoko seeing as she didn't seem the type to start one with a guy.

Brandon's suggestion made Momoko look up. It was, indeed, a pleasant day, cloudy and cool but not cold, the sun bright but not oppressive, a great day to walk with your friends and loved ones. A glance at Maya and Alex solidified the beginnings of a faint smile on her face. "Hai," she told Brandon with an almost dreamy tone. "It is."

Yatori deliberately placed herself out of Momoko's view, so that her best friend would feel more alone with Brandon. Ganbatte, Momo-chan...
