Yona Giovanni vs Renee Steinhauser: Round 3

"What?! You don't got any secret plans left, like using my brother again?! Fucking pathetic!" Yona screamed, approaching her downed rival.
As Renee struggled to maintain her stance, Yona focused on the opportunity to potentially conclude the bout. The well-placed kick to Renegade's head sent her reeling, and Yona sensed the impending victory. The sight of her opponent falling to the ground fueled Yona's confidence. She had successfully worn down Renegade, and it seemed like the fighting spirit that had sustained her was gradually fading.
Though, Yona wasn't done just yet. The hard part was out of the way, but now it was time to bust out a finisher, so in hopes that this was the end for the Renegade, the brunette snatched her hair and forced the woman on her knees. Now that she was in the perfect position, Yona took a few steps back, and, with her friends, watching in absolute shock in the corner, she grinned devilishly and ran up to Renee, putting her in an Octopus Stretch.

Renegade was pulled by her hair and brought up onto her knees. She was really looking worse for wear as her entire faced matched her outfit. The mask on her face also had a very faint color of red on it as it looked like it was gonna fall off her face. She was in perfect position for what her rival will do next. And then Yona went on the attack.

Renegade was hit with a running Octopus Stretch. It hurt Renegade badly as the recoil from Yona running into Renegade and grabbing her to attempt the hold to the pull back of the arm of Renegade that caused Renegade to wake up to only scream in pain. It was very torturous for her as she was supposedly the one that’s a submission specialist. The irony that her rival was using a submission on her was very blatant to see. None the less, Renegade tried her damn hardest to get out of the hold and try to swing things around again. However, something, not even the fans would expect, happened.

Renegade began to fade away. She grew weak and weary from the hold as Yona took a bump from Renegade taking a knee. Renegade continued swaying but eventually collapsed. The hold was still locked in but it seemed like Renegade passed out.

Yona, had wanted to give Renee a taste of her own medicine, but suddenly, her opponent's struggle begin to wane. A large, frightening innocent smile flashed on the atrociously joyous winner's face. She continued to apply pressure, unsure if Renee was playing possum or if the submission had genuinely taken its toll, but nonetheless, it was clear that she looked unconscious at the very least. There was no way the referee wouldn't end the match.
"Huh?! Really?! That was it?! I didn't even get to finish my submission!" Yona giggled; having noticed the referee approaching them. Her grip loosened slightly, enough for her rival to slip out, but it wouldn't matter. She had won, and as soon as Danny confirmed her win, it would be over.

Medical staff came rushing down to the ring as they slid into it and went to check up on Renegade. They did their procedure before Renegade was transferred her into a stretcher. The crowd was mixed with Yona as they both cheered and boo’d her since they didn’t know what to think about Yona. However, it was now official. Yona is the number one contender for the AFW Hardcore Title.
