Avalanche 2023: Alizeh Midori vs Gabbie Minato

"This is my first time on PPV?! Sweeeet!" said Gabbie as she walked into the ring with her younger sister Rei and her mentor/manager Daiki on her sides. Her friends Lucy and Serina wished good luck on the Canadian kickboxer before she climbs into the ring. "Hi there, bestie. I hope you're doing good this time. I can't wait to see you winning your first PPV, and of course, please wear the gloves I gave" said Lucy to Gabbie. "Don't worry, I'll be dressing up differently for a special occasion like today" replied Gabbie. Lucy and Serina then walked away.

As soon as her entrance music from Kamen Rider Gaim blared on the speakers, Gabbie climbed into the ring. She wore a boxing robe with blue trim and a blue maple leaf on its back. As soon as he made it to the corner, she hurled the coat aside towards Daiki. The bespectacled boy grabbed the robe and folded it nicely. Underneath the robe, Gabbie was wearing a white sports bra with light blue trim and a pair of light blue MMA shorts with white stripes down either side of her hips, along with a pair white fingerless gloves with a red maple leaf on top and the Union Jack on the bottom, a symbol of her friendship with her best friend. "This is for you, Lucy" said Gabbie before she shadowboxes while waiting for her opponent to come.

Alizeh took a deep breath in preparation before her entrance. Tonight she had a match on Avalanche, a pay per view and the opportunity to really show out, and it was a opportunity she needed to take advantage of. As of late she had a bit of bad luck in her matches and she needed to show she was capable of more, that she deserved these opportunities and she was determined to do so no matter who she was put against tonight. Taking a deep breath to steady herself Alizeh would look up with a steely and determined look before nodding to herself as her music hit, officially meaning that her moment was now.

Letting the strumming of the guitars and lightning sound effects take hold for the moment Alizeh would come out to a pretty good reception, a benefit to her personality and skill in spite of some of the losses she had. Still though they were relatively split given the same could be said for her opponent. Making her way down the ramp at a decent pace Alizeh would hop on the apron before stepping through the ropes and then climbing the corner, throwing her arm up for the fans and really giving a good luck of the new gear she was sporting before hopping down from the apron and turning towards her opponent, offering a nod to her before putting her fists up in preparation, ready to throw down.

Gabbie clenched her fists after her opponent Alizeh entered the ring. Without any word or two, she went for an enzuigiri on the green-haired wrestler.

Making her entrance and turning her attention to her opponent the bell had only barely rung before the blonde charged towards her, leg swinging up for a enziguri! Eyes widening from this Alizeh would quickly raise her arms up, blocking a majority of the hit but getting sent stumbling back in the process! 'Ngh guess this is how its gonna be.' She thought to herself before darting forward lifting her own leg up for a thrust kick back at Gabbie!

Gabbie quickly dodged. She realized she was a bit too early, probably from her passion to fight in a PPV match. She used the chance to grab Alizeh from behind to execute a Lightning Splash on her, a suplex of her own.

Starting off with a contest of strikes Alizeh's own thrust kick was evaded by Gabbie who was quick to lash back out at her! Feeling the blonde behind her Alizeh could do nothing as she was grabbed and thrown back in a suplex! "AGH!" Alizeh groaned out as she rolled away.

Taking the momentum, Gabbie tried to go for a submission hold upon Alizeh

Rolling a bit away from her opponent Alizeh would look up as Gabbie approached and bent down, making a grab for Alizeh only for her to grit her teeth as she raised her leg up and swung out to kick the blonde in the jaw to force her back!

"Pugh!" growled Gabbie as Alizeh's leg kicked her in the jaw. Gabbie fell into the canvas and squirmed in pain as she screamed. Daiki couldn't help but watch in fear, as he saw his beloved Canadian kickboxer laid on the ground.
