AV 20 Chloe Mason vs. Silver Ace

With the many things that Chloe was adept at, punishing mistakes was one of them. Skilled as she was in combat, Chloe knew Ace’s anger will be a factor in this match, both as an advantage and disadvantage. Wherever she admits to this or not, Ace must be more intelligent, lest she gets caught in something much more devastating than that blow to the face. Now shouldn’t be the time to underestimate or to give less credit than initially given.

Still, if Ace was to remain so stubborn, Chloe would gladly take advantage and smack the face paint off her. The spinning kick came at her like a whip, seemingly intent to do just that. However, Ace came to her senses quickly and weaved away from the incoming foot. Letting it fly by, the Silver Cannuck would fire both feet towards the ex-commissioner, landing hard onto her.

Chloe would stumble back, not yet bring her other foot down just yet. Briefly almost losing her footing, the blonde scoffed after not getting that satisfying impact. But there were more chances for Chloe to strike again; the brief moment gave them enough time to recover.

A brief respite, nothing much, but enough for Ace to roll backwards onto her feet and push herself back up to a standing position.

Once on her feet, she looked over at the barefoot blonde in front of her, who impressively managed to keep her footing despite the kick, and, in a display of bravado, waved the girl on forward, inviting her to make the next attack!

Despite Chloe’s thoughts on Ace’s ability, the silver canuck will not make this match an easy one. Case in point, countering her spinning kick with one of her own, sending the ex-commissioner back a few steps. That is to be expected with an opponent that isn’t so worn out just yet. The night is still early, and there is much more fun to be had. Chloe had since reset her stance, just within the brief moment of Ace rising to her own two feet. She chuckled as the young bravado had Ace beckoning her to come to her.

Chloe shook her head and would take the offer. But rather than rushing towards her as Ace did in rage, Chloe took slow, casual steps while approaching Ace. She seemed to be taking her time, not looking all the bit nervous in her approach. Soon as she got close, however, Chloe raises her leg that, while chambered, seemed to be aiming for somewhere above the belt, is meant to fire below. The blonde attempting a push kick with her heel firing down for a jarring strike to the kneecap with her heel before a front kick shooting just under Ace’s chest.

Chloe did come for Ace, but came slow. That was fine, that was too be expected really. This woman was known for her fancy footwork and impressive kicks, as Ace had already felt a sample of. That was fine, that just meant she needed to be ready, anticipating, looking for an opening at all times.

Once the two women finally got closer to each other, Chloe would make her move...and tricked Ace again, managing to change the direction of her kick to smack right into Ace's kneecap, dropping the silver haired woman to a single leg, leaving her in perfect position as the woman thrust her other leg out in a front kick no doubt aiming for Ace's chest...

...but this time, Ace was faster, just getting her arms and hands up in time to actually catch Chloe's strong kick, holding her barefoot in her hands, the facepainted woman giving the older woman a grin.

"Looks like I caught you this time!" She exclaimed, before wrapping her arm around the blonde womans ankle and falling to her back, kicking her legs up to wrap around Chloe's leg, looking to force the woman down onto the mat so Ace could begin twisting her trapped ankle in a tight heel hook submission hold!
