After the loss... (For Harukasan)

"Huh?" Trin was caught with the proverbial pants down and the hard white ball slammed into Trin's stomach. "OUUUUGGGHHH!!" the goth eyes went wide and she doubled over, dropping her umbrella before she herself crumpled into the sand with both her arms clutching her soft belly. The goth coughed a few times and it was a struggled just to turn her attention to Lizzie. "Y...you...bitch!" Trin managed between coughs.

Lizzie just went to retrieve the ball and eye her coldly.

"You see, luv. Your reaction time is slow too."

"Now leave that umbrella behind. It is not going to rain today. Come on get up."

Playfully nudges a little sand at her.

Trin took a few more seconds to recover before she picked herself off the sand, smacking the clinging bits off her body with her hand. She refocused herself, now expecting to have the ball flying at her again at any point. She eyed Lizzie with narrowed eyes.

"The first thing we need to build up is your stamina. If you tire out to fast you won't last long. Now then, do try to keep up, luv."

With that Lizzie turned and began to run.

Trin started to give chase until she caught up and slowed her pace to match Lizzie's. Trin wasn't a runner by any means either and even at a pace she was going to tire quickly, especially running on a surface like the sand. After only a couple minutes of their jog, Trin slowed and stopped, placing both hands on her knees as she bent over to catch her breath.

Lizzie rolled her eyes and slowed and started to walk back towards Trinity.

"Come on, luv. Surely you are not spent yet?"

Waits for her to look up and again pegs the volleyball at her.

This time the tuckered goth was expecting the attack. As the ball flew at her, Trin got both her arms up to block it and smack the ball to the sand. "Hah!" she responded before starting her run again, "Not THIS time!" she announced triumphantly.

Lizzie smiled coyly as she saw Trintiy take off and then she laughed and took off after her.

The goth began to try and pace herself. She wasn't used to any sort of training, but she didn't want to continue being embarrassed in front of Lizzie. Having picked the volleyball up before she took off, the ebony haired teen wanted to see if Lizzie herself practice what she preached and with no warning spiked the ball at Lizzie's chest once she caught up

Just as Lizzie was rounding a palm tree, the voleyball smacked her in the face and she went down, long bare tattoed limbs flailing around.

"What the bugger...!!!

She picked herself up, shocked and angry, grabbing at the ball.
