Characteristics

Appearance:
Rather tall, Bridgette often stands above most girls, and her broad shoulders easily give her an intimidating physique. All of this paired up with a scary face makes Bridgette a rather sketchy and scary looking individual.

Personality:
While she is rather rough around the edges, and has a penchant for getting into fights, she is a rather calm individual. When she is by herself, she is much more likely to talk through a situation, never having any real interest in hurting others. She is extremely susceptible to group think, however, and if one of her friends or employers tell her to do something, she will often do it with little hesitation. She does sometimes feel guilty about some of the crimes she is ordered to commit, but her job as an enforcer often keeps her too busy to dwell on it.

Past/History:

Bridgette grew up in a family of mechanics. Her Father, Mother, Grand Father, Great Grand Father, and even her Great Great Grand Father were all mechanics. They owned their very own shop, where people from all over would stop to get their car fixed up, oiled, or simply checked on. It wasn’t massively successful, but it put bread on the table and everyone in the family seemed to be genuinely happy with their work. It didn’t take long before Bridgette herself fell in love with the idea of being a mechanic
.
Due to her interest’s she grew up being fairly tomboy-ish, never really getting into dolls or dresses but rather cars and games. She always cut her hair short, leading many to think she was a boy until high school, and many of her friends being boys. None of her family members found it strange, in fact they welcomed her attitude, happy that she was willing to continue on with the family business, and soon they were teaching her everything they knew about cars, engines, electrical equipment, and how to use those skills to properly fix whatever was damaged.

She was a fast learner, able to build an engine by her sixteenth birthday. By that time, Bridgette had gotten pretty big, both in height and in muscle, spending her days lifting up heavy metal parts and moving them around continuously. Her size made all sorts of people nervous around her, and since she always wore an extremely baggy jacket with short hair, many still thought of her as a guy. This made some boys want to try and pick fights with her, since she was usually the tallest kid in class, and her face had developed to look fairly scary by then.

She would simply ignore them, until one day when she spotted the same group of boys pick on a much smaller girl, pushing her around and knocking her over. It didn’t take long for a fight to break out, and everyone involved received a two-week suspension. Her parents were furious, but Bridgette was sure she did the right thing. Hardly a day went by during her suspension when the girl stopped by her house to visit.

Her name was Kristy Davids, the new girl in school. She had stopped by to thank Bridgette for her help with her bullies, but the two quickly became friends, with Kristy visiting her every day of her suspension. Apparently, Kristy was a bit of a beautician, and helped Bridgette to look more feminine. The two were almost never seen apart aside from classes, constantly hanging out before, during, and after school.

Eventually the pair graduated high school, and while Kristy went off to college, Bridgette stayed to help her family business. The two stayed in touch, but they would not see each other for a few years.

Years past, and times began to get tough. The mechanical shop Bridgette’s parents ran began to pile up debt. They simply were not making enough money any more. Bridgette had begun to work odd jobs in order to earn a little extra money for the shop, but it still wasn’t enough. She started doing more shady jobs, earning more money, but committing small time crimes in exchange. Some of which were low level underground fights. Bridgette got boxing lessons so she could compete better, as well as explain the bruises and cut to her parents. It wasn’t easy to lie to them, but she did it.

Eventually, Kristy would return and after learning about both Bridgette’s money troubles as well as low level crime spree’s, Kristy surprised surprise her by not only being okay with it but actually encouraging her.

Kristy insisted that Bridgette come with her and work for her employer, Miranda Blair, a high-level criminal working for a larger organization. Bridgette was appalled, but eventually caved in once Kristy explained how much money even a simple job like an enforcer makes when working for someone like Miranda.
With Kristy’s recommendation, and Bridgette’s large imposing form, Miranda Hired her in a very short time. The two had a strange dynamic, With Miranda only speaking with Bridgette if she needed something or was giving her an assignment. The mechanic thought her new employer was strange, but did what she asked, the pay was too good not to.

Then one day, when she was sitting with Kristy, Miranda came in and explained they were now member of the AFW, much to the pairs surprise. Apparently, the hiring process was extremely lax, and Miranda was able to get them all signed on without the other twos knowledge. Bridgette was now a wrestler.
She didn’t bother arguing, Miranda was her boss, and so long as her parents shop was floundering, she would need cash.

Now Bridgette follows Miranda’s orders as they come, sometimes pulling dirty sneak attacks against other competitors, sometimes just standing with her by the ring side, but always ready to jump into the fight if the need arises.

She can easily be flustered if someone makes a positive comment about her appearance, though she will still try to act tough, pretending she doesn’t care.

Bridgette firmly believes almost any problem can be fixed with a hammer, hence why she often carries one with her at all times.

While she doesn’t have any specific food preferences, she hates bitter and spicy food.

Kristy is the one that treats her after every fight, her friend having basic knowledge on how to treat various wounds.

Despite how others treat her, Bridgette is actually much smarter than she looks.
