What Now?

Valley moved away from the kiss slowly, sucking the air in, taking the taste of her girlfriend and keeping it on her tongue. She could’ve been content to stay there for a while, just making out with her, looking at her, smiling at her, holding her.

They would do all of those things. Just not here.

So, now what? That was the question, and it seemed like Valley had her answer. She would call Haley up, ask her to come over, explain things and from there they would see how the night went. It would be...interesting? Interesting was the right word.

But all that would occur in the morning. For now, Valley took Haley’s hand, holding it lightly, and brought up, urged her to stand. With gentle steps, she pulled her along, kicking off her shoes as she went, making her way towards their bedroom…
