Nanami Tomonari vs. Misaki Toyoda - A Lesson in Struggle

Nanami Tomonari was going to fight again in another match. This time, her opponent would be a very dangerous one; Misaki Toyoda from Berserk. Just thinking about fighting her in the ring was enough to make her feel nervous. The Berserk Wrestling Queen was a very famous female wrestler, and while she might be a part-timer, she was well-known even among the AFW crowd.

Already putting on her black leotard, Nanami tightened her hachimaki around her head, preparing herself for her clash against her opponent. She would wait for her cue until her entrance theme, Kioku, was played. Psyching herself up, the former sukeban then made her entrance, entering the arena and was greeted by moderate pop from the crowd.

Nanami Tomonari:

Walking down the ramp, Nanami reached the ring, and she entered the ring by climbing up the apron. Walking around inside the ring, going from one corner to another, she would then go to her corner to wait for her opponent to show up. She kept muttering to herself that she could do it. She had trained hard all this time, and she would show it here in the ring while fighting against the ace of Berserk.

Today, it was a new day and a new challenge for Misaki Toyoda- the Ace from Berserk wrestling promotion. She was a part timer here in AFW but she still made a name for herself despite her strict schedule. She wrestled one of the toughest competitors in AFW and held her own. Today however, it seemed she was being pushed to the mid-card of the Friction show as she was going to wrestle a new comer.

Misaki's theme cued and she made it out towards the arena, she was all smiles as she waved to the crowd. She was confident in her walk down to the ring ramp as she walked up the steps and entered the ring, making her way up to the top turnbuckle as she got up and raised her hands in respect to the crowd before dropping back down on the ring mats and turning to face her opponent.

"Hey, I'm Misaki Toyoda! Don't be afraid to give it all you got, I want you to wrestle like you really want to beat me, don't be nervous!" she said with a smile as she walked towards Nanami and extended her hand for a handshake.

Seeing Misaki making her entrance, Nanami couldn't help but gulp nervously, noting how beautiful she looked. Well, the same could be said about most girls here in AFW, but that's besides the point. She kept watching her making her way down the ramp and towards the ring before the Ace of Berserk entered the ring. She hoped that she wasn't blushing as she watched her moved, because that would be totally embarrassing.

"Oh, um..." Seeing Misaki offering a handshake, Nanami couldn't help but be flustered before she took the handshake, shaking hands with the woman before her. "I'm Nanami Tomonari, a-and please do the same too. And let's have a good fight," she said to her upcoming opponent, hoping to find out what would happen if the two of them were to wrestle in the ring. Right after breaking the handshake, Nanami would prepare herself for the clash between the two of them.

The referee called for the two of them to come over to the center of the ring. Right after the bell was called, Nanami took her stance, holding out her arms in preparation to lock up with Misaki. She would like to have a contest of strength with her opponent to see how strong she was in grappling.

Misaki wanted her opponent to be at ease, she didn't want to wrestle someone who would be so nervous as to not be able to give her best in the wrestling ring, after all, winning against an opponent who give his/her all was something Misaki desired.

She smiled warmly and nodded her head along with the shake of the hand. The two parted ways and backed up, the referee would check with the two of them one final time before signalling for the bell. Misaki would raise her arms up and circle her opponent before lunging in and locking up with Nanami, looking to press into her and push her back into the corner turnbuckle.

It turned out that Misaki was the Ace of Berserk for a reason as Nanami immediately found out. Despite her best attempt to push Misaki back, she couldn't muster enough strength to match her opponent's as she was pushed back by her towards the corner. "Eeerrgghhh...!!" She grimaced, muscles buckling under the strain and pressure as she tried to fight back, but ultimately, she was brought closer and closer towards the corner.

When her back eventually touched the turnbuckle, Nanami decided to change her tactic as she would try to shake her arms free so that she could attempt to deliver a forearm strike to Misaki's chest, stopping her from whatever she was planning to do at the moment. She was hoping that she was fast enough to launch her attack before Misaki could launch her next move.

Misaki started off with the match in a classic grapple, she wanted to test her opponent's skill and strength in a traditional grapple battle. Misaki started off strong, pressing herself into her opponent as she managed to overpower her without too much effort, pushing her back into the corner until Nanami's back pressed against the corner turnbuckle.

As soon as she was backed up, Nanami broke away from the grapple and struck the Ace with a stiff forearm to her chest, causing the Ace to groan in pain and stagger back, Misaki with a stern look at her opponent look to repay her the favour by attempting to deliver a flurry of chest slaps!

It turned out that one single forearm smash wasn't enough to stop the Ace from continuing with her attack. In fact, Misaki had decided to land a flurry of chest slaps on Nanami, and each strike elicited cry of pain from her.

"Aaah!! Aaah!! Aaagh!! Auugh!!"

Left with an aching chest after taking those slaps, Nanami was unable to think of a way to fight back, still fighting the pain as she would clutch her chest, hoping to soothe the pain, thus exposing her to danger from Misaki

The Berserk Ace really showed her eagerness in her offence, wanting to show the rookie what it would take in order to be and stay on top of the pro wrestling business. With Misaki pushing Nanami back in the corner, a mere forearm strike was not enough to back the Ace up who instead launched a flurry of chest slaps aimed at her opponent.

"Come on, focus! Don't let yourself too open" she demanded Nanami before wrapping her arms around Nanami's head to drag her out of the corner and back to the middle of the ring to trap her in a side headlock, her grip tightening around her opponent's neck as her hip bumped into Nanami's hip as well.

After taking those vicious slaps to her chest, Nanami was reeling, which allowed Misaki to drag her away from the corner before she was put in a side headlock. "Uuuurggh..." she groaned, feeling the Ace's arm tighten around her head. There was an obvious difference of strength between the two of them, and Nanami needed to work harder to fight back.

So, as she was trapped in the side headlock, Nanami would try to free herself by swinging her fist right into the back of Misaki's knee, hoping to make her lose her balance or at least bring her down to her knee for her next plan.

Misaki wanted to show Nanami the intensity of fighting a seasoned pro. She would be relentless in her offence as she delivered chop after chop to her opponent, backing her up just a bit before using that window of opportunity to wrap her arm around Nanamai's head, locking in a side headlock.

Misaki almost wanted her opponent to fight out of this, spurring her on to fight back. Nanami bucked her hip then fired a fist right into the back of Misaki's knee, making the Berserk Ace grunt in pain as she fell down on one knee, but still had the headlock weakly wrapped around Nanmai's head.
