Personality: Arianna is very business oriented, and her business deals in other people's misery, so she can come off as cold and uncaring at almost any first impression, though the reality is a lot more nuanced. Arianna puts business first and pleasure second, and that generally means putting on whatever face is needed of her to get the job done. Fellow managers and prospective partners or clients will receive all the warmth and smiles in the world, meanwhile anyone not around for business will generally be dismissed without so much as a second thought. Though her stature and appearance are generally mocked and treated with levity, Arianna always remains serious and composed while doing business.

This serious approach to her business could lead one to believe she is very callous about the suffering of her girls, but this couldn't be further from the truth. Behind closed doors, Arianna is as gentle and loving as a person can be careful not to push any of her girls beyond their limits, and ensuring they are properly compensated, both fiscally and emotionally, for the struggle they put in. Though she puts on a front of seeing jobbers as an untapped market, the truth is that she empathizes with their plight, having been picked on for her size her entire life, and wants to do anything she can to help.

Past/History:
Arianna grew up in an upper middle class suburb just north of Olso, Norway, to a pair of competent, though not incredibly wealthy business owners. Both her parents told Arianna that she needed to have her future always in mind, but as a child, the present was much more dangerous and immediately pressing. While it initially looked like Arianna was going to be something of a late bloomer, it eventually became clear that she was never going to grow up very much physically, and because of this she was bullied heavily. Verbal and physical harassment awaited her around every turn, and, in keeping with her parents' mindset, Arianna attacked the problem like a puzzle to be solved. When she was 13, a combination of bribes and blackmail had her schools biggest, strongest most popular athlete as her personal bodyguard, and she soon learned the pleasure in striking a deal.

But it was a hollow victory for Arianna, on a multitude of levels. Her newly blossomed skillset had no direction for her to aim it in, no planned career path, and solving the problem by enlisting sheer muscle felt as brutish and tactless as the people who harassed her. It wouldn't be until a fateful evening with her father and his brother that she would find her passion. While her father was into more "traditional" athletics, her uncle was a big fan of professional wrestling, and for his birthday he insisted that he take his brother, and his daughter, to a show. The match they saw was a total squash wherein a stronger, more experienced wrestler threw her rookie opponent around like a ragdoll, but still, Arianna was inspired. She couldn't help but feel kinship with this smaller girl, and her keen business sense picked up on just how energized her brutal defeat made the room. This poor girl may have been brutalized and humiliated, but the match was a hit, and she was essential to that. Driven and inspired (and more than a little aroused, though she'd never admit it), Arianna assembled a plan for her future.

For the next few years, she went through high school with top marks, graduating at the top of her class and going to Stockholm University in Sweden, she studied business to become a general manager and entrepreneur, but in the back of her mind she knew where she was headed. Stories of local wrestling legend Cecelia Northman brought her attention to AFW, and when she graduated, she signed up as a manager as soon as humanly possible.

-If there's one thing that sets Arianna off, it's being likened to a child (after a fair warning, of course).
-In preparation for starting a business in Japan, Arianna studied her Japanese manners to the utmost extent. In fact, she regularly corrects locals on their own table manners.
-Despite the appearance she tries to keep up, Arianna has a not-so-meager collection of oversized plush toys. Some of them can even be found hidden around her office...
-One reason Arianna chose to become a manager for jobbers, is because she loves to watch cute girls in distress. Maybe too much, for some people's tastes.
