Melody Serperior vs Harley Jackson

Harley followed up on her unique kick with an Enzugiri.

With a grunt, Melody fell to one knee, familiar pain in the skull returning from her first match. She needed time to recuperate or, at least find an opening, but it didn't seem like her opponent would allow her to.

Harley didn't feel bad about putting so much pressure on her opponent right out of the get-go, after all Harley tended to do worse the longer the match went on and she definitely didn't want to add another match to her growing loss list.
Harley would slightly wonder what to do next after her offence only made Melody go to one knee, she knew that she was disadvantaged height wise but didn't think it would be so significant that she wouldn't be able to knock her opponent down, in her slight panic she would run against the ropes before trying to run back at Melody and land a ferocious dropkick on her. Harley would be trying desperately to knock Melody down and in doing so might have let her defences fall a little bit as she focused on trying to keep the attacks coming.

As she predicted, Harley quickly followed up on the offense with what appeared to be a dropkick.

She wanted an opening, she got her wish, it seemed.

As Harley jumped into the air, Melody would attempt to roll to the right of her, so that dropkick doesn't find it's mark. Then, as Harley fell onto the mat, she would immideatly stand up, and, hoping Harley is laying on her back, would jump into the air herself, and launch an elbow drop targeted for her stomach.

Harley would realise too late that she made a mistake as she dropkicked thin air and landed on her back before suddenly having Melodys elbow drop onto her stomach which would make Harley let out a pained squel as she was held to the mat by the bigger wrestler.

Melody heard a satisfied squeal from her opponent as she landed the elbow into Harley's stomach.

She couldn't let this chance go to waste. She immideatly got up, and ran towards the ropes. She jumped on the middle rope to get in the air, trying to flip backwards while in the air in order to land onto, hopefully still laying, Harley in a Springboard Moonsault.

Harley would be on the ground trying to hold her stomach to supress the pain when suddenly Melodys body would come crashing do on Harley in a moonsault which would make Harley cry in pain as she was squished by her larger opponents body.

As Melody successfully splashed the smaller girl, the green haired girl quickly grabbed her leg for the pin, hoping that Harley would exert extra energy from the pin, allowing Melody to continue her offence:

Ref-girl quickly came towards the 2 to register the count:

"ONE!"

Harley would almost immediately after the first count wrap her legs around Melody's arm and try to lock on an armbar while lifting her shoulders off the mat to break the pin, Harley would try to take full advantage of the early pin by using it to get her own early hold locked in.

Melody was extremely surprised when Harley not only kicked out, but reversed her pin into an armbar

"GRRRRR", Melody growled, and immideatly got off the girl. She wasn't very good with submissions, both at using them and countering them, which is a fact a lot of her opponents used in her wrestling schools.

Thankfully, she did know how to counter an armbar from her position. She tried to quickly bring her other hand towards the hand of the arm that was in the hold, and she tried to lock the two together. Additionally she tried to stand up a bit, so that Harley's shoulders were on the mat, so that the ref would start another count.

Harley would be shocked thaf her opponent managed to reverse the positions so quickly and pin down Harley again, this time Harley would be in any position to lock on any holds.
"1...2..." the ref would count before Harley suddenly tried to jolt her body and throw herself off thd mat in order tp break the count.
