Kozue stayed in position, ready to leap at a moment's notice, but she couldn't help but smirk at Domino as he wiggled his fingers her way. It took her a moment to even realize what he was going for. Guys so rarely tried the test of strength with her, she'd forgotten it was an actual thing. "Aw, that's adorable." She snickered and gave her eyes a quick roll.

Domino had to know that it wouldn't be her style to go for something like that. He was probably just messing with her, trying to call her bluff. Fair enough, but honestly? That just made her actually want to do it. Just to see how he'd react.

"Know what?" She licked her lips and reached up, lacing his fingers with hers and accepting the challenge.

Ahh, there it is. That sass. He's learning her! And in response, he very maturely sticks his tongue out at her. But only briefly! It wouldn't do to get a sneak upper-cut and lose the tongue.

Then, to his surprise, she actually goes for it. Their fingers lace together, and Domino's hand steadily clamps on hers. A jet-black eyebrow lofts at her, and the corner of his lips edges up. The other hand moves forward, fingers splayed to invite her hand in, his gaze never leaving hers.

'She's so about to do something here. There's no way she's actually going for this.'

Right? He's too friggin' curious to not follow through!

Kozue bounced her eyebrows back at him, never losing her smile, not even for half a second. Yeah, she had something planned. He could tell it. But what, exactly? That was the question, and one she planned on answering very soon.

She brought her other hand up, nearing his own, looking like she might go for the full test of strength and seal her fate. Closer. Closer. Only a few incehs away...almost...

Kozue suddenly - but not too surprisingly - moved her hand away and grabbed at his other wrist instead, getting a firm grip on it. She ducked under his arm, spun around, and tried to come up behind him with a hammerlock, moving swift on her tapped feet.

The anticipation builds; not just for the audience, but for Domino. Is she actually going to go through with it? No way, she wouldn't. If he's learning anything about her so far, it's that she's an opportunistic little cuss. But even still, their free hands drift closer and closer. His fingertips dance with hers, testing the waters...

...and there she goes, changing things up. As Kozue manipulates his arm behind his back in a smooth motion, her opponent gives a helpless laugh. "Jerk!" The merriment is dulled a little when the hold is cinched on, earning a wince. His free arm swipes back over his shoulder, hoping, most likely in vain, to catch Kozue by the head. "Y'know," he chides mirthfully, despite it all, "trust is very important in a budding relationship!"

"Eh." Kozue ducked under the errant elbow, narrowly dodging it as it flew over her head. She was expecting something like that, but still, he came pretty close to clocking her with it. Had to watch out with this guy. "It's a lady's perogative to chance her mind. Speaking of..."

She had the hold cinched in good, but since no wrestler in recorded history had ever won a match simply through a hammerlock, she couldn't be too optimistic. The longer she held Domino like this, the more likely he was to escape. She did have other options, though.

Kozue cranked the hold a bit more, milking it for a moment, before she suddenly and abruptly released him without a word of warning. The exact second his hands were free, she leaped up, wrapped her legs around his head from behind, then jerked backwards and tried to pull him over, looking to slam him into the mat with one of her favorites: the reverse frankensteiner.

Elbows weren't connecting. He couldn't get a grip on her dark locks. He'll have to switch to another tactic before she clenches it even tighter. But her choice of words clues him in that that isn't her intention. Of course, there was no way he'd know what her intention really was - not until it was already underway.

His arm is released, and relief from the tension of having it contorted behind his back is a welcome sensation. But before he has a chance to turn around, he suddenly finds a pair of thighs hooked around his head, and all of his momentum dragged backwards.

"Gh-!"

She pulls off the move flawlessly, landing the young model squarely atop his head and sending all thought processes into a world of static and pain. The momentum of the airborne roll ends with him on his knees, dazed, staring blankly ahead before dropping onto his back on the mat. And there he lies, left knee steepled, the other out flat, arms stretched to either side and mouth hung slightly ajar.

The crowd gave an appreciative round of applause after Kozue landed the move, and she almost felt like doing a little dance to celebrate - that marked the first time she'd pulled that move off in an actual match, and it went off without a single hitch. She looked over her shoulder as Domino went rolling, and as luck would have it, he came to a rest in a pinnable position. Perfect.

"Mineminemine..." She muttered under her breath and scooted over to him on her knees, getting close as quick as she could manage. She laid her back on top of his chest, grabbed his leg, pulled it up and went into a bridging position, pressing his shoulders into the mat.

The referee slid in beside them and started up her count. "1...!"

Ninjette reclines back across his toned chest and manipulates his relatively inert body easily, leg drawn into the air. Domino's head is both spinning and throbbing to an antagonizing drumbeat only he can hear. The mat reverberates under the referee's first strike, drawing his attention to the predicament. He could feel his smaller opponent's weight settling across him, but for some reason, that plus "pin" didn't connect until then.

"Nng.."

The referee's hand slaps to the mat again. "2...!"

In a burst of motion, Domino twists in towards Kozue, yanking his shoulder off the mat and kicking his leg free!

Unlike the schoolboy, Kozue was a little optimistic about picking up the win after this move. She'd nailed the reverse frankenstiener, picture perfect all the way, and it seemed like Domino was pretty stunned. All she was asking for were three measly seconds. Couldn't be that hard.

Well, apparently so, because he managed to kick out right after the second count. A little discouraging, but she wouldn't let it bother her too much. She was off to a good start, at least.

"Need a little more tenderizing, huh?" She rolled back to her feet and grabbed Domino's arm, pulling him back to his feet along with her. "I can do that."

The dazed Domino gives his head a shake while she talks, trying to clear the haze. His arm is taken and pulled, quickly finding his feet again. His brain is rapidly rebooting, but it's not quite there yet. Tenderized? She can- oh!

"So can I!," is Domino's not-entirely-witty comeback before he attempts to shoot a fist into Kozue's exposed midsection, hoping to put a halt on whatever the spry girl had in mind.
