SS 15 Rewind! Panther Risako Vs. Chris Morgan: Wrestle Angel Battle!

Risako forced one eye open, forcing herself to concentrate past the pain. She was aware that the countdown was going on, just as she was aware of Chris' fit, curvy body pressed up against her own, the Californian's sweat intermingling with hers. Her breathing hardened, and she knew that she was very close to losing this match.

Shutting her eyes, Risako tried to twist, to get a shoulder up, but was rewarded by a spike of pain shooting up her throbbing back. That last hit from Chris had done a number on her, she realized. As her fans shouted in the background, Risako dug into whatever willpower she had left, she tried to arch off the mat....but the agony she was in sapped away her strength. Chris' weight felt impossible as she pushed weakly against it...

"Unngh...it's over Risako!" Chris gasped as she felt Risako shifting beneath her.

Grimly, she bore down with her weight, keeping the Queen of Queens down, shoulders pressed to the mat with her greater mass.
The ref slapped the mat for the third time, yelling "Three!"

Right after the ref reached the third count, Risako managed to twist her body enough to get a shoulder up, but it was a moment too late!

The blonde rolled out of the ring, cradling her arm. She made her way to the ramp, facing the ring. Unable to help herself, she made eye contact with Risako, giving her former lover a brief smirk as she was announced as the winner of the match. However, she continued to hold her wounded arm, her smirk vanishing into a grimace of pain. She had won, but it occurred to her that the victory didn't come cheaply....

The bell rung, the three notes chiming loudly in Risako's ears. In an instant, she felt Chris' weight roll off of her, leaving the Queen of Queens with a few seconds to process what she had just heard.

She had lost.

Her thrashing ceased as she flopped back onto her back, breathing hard and closing her eyes. Impossible. She had had this match, she had been winning it until Chris had nailed her with that back body drop, and then...

Grimacing, she balled a hand into a fist and tried to roll after Chris, to continue the fight and pummel the blonde for everything that she had done. A sharp, biting pain in her back prevented that, however, keeping her grounded on her back. Gasping in pain, she turned her head to the side, glaring with one open eye at Chris as she rolled out of the ring.

Her mind was a confused torrent of anger, frustration, and disbelief, but one thing was clear to Risako: she had lost, and, in front of her fellow Angels, she had failed.
