Maddie expected another blow aimed towards her head, but her current position didn't leave her many options. Out of desperation, she twisted her slender body around, while pushing up slightly, taking the kick instead to her upper back. "Gaaah...!" She cried out in pain, but fought through it as she threw an elbow aimed at Kena's knee.

Kena could feel a jolt of pleasure as her foot connected with Maddie's torso. It wasn't her head, but it still did some damage. But damn was she tough though, not just in body, but in spirit too. Kena was sure she could break her by now, but this girl kept holding out. And she took advantage of the situation to get a good hit on Kena's knee. "Aah!" Kena lost her balance and hit the mat, clutching onto her knee. "A-ah..." Shit, this hurts... Now she was on the mat and stunned again, having to deal with the pain in her knee.

Though Kena had managed to do a good number on her so far, Maddie had endured far worse before. Still down on her knees, Maddie turned around to face her enemy, clenching her fist. "I'm not going down that easy!" she shouted defiantly, throwing a punch with all her (meager) strength aimed towards Kena's face.

With Kena down and stunned, she had no way to protect herself from Maddie's punch. Head reeled back a little from the impact. It wasn't like one of Kena's punches, but it still hurt like a bitch. "Guh!" Kena was still dazed from her knee injury, so she couldn't attack quite yet. She only shot a glare at Maddie, mostly to intimidate her than to show her actual anger.

Maddie just smirked back at Kena's glare, having gotten over the girl's overly sadistic tendencies, not to mention currently having the upper hand, she felt nothing to fear. "Awww, getting frustrated now princess?"

While being ruthless wasn't quite in her character, Maddie had learned better than to give opponents like Kena any slack, lest she end up painfully paying for it later. Hopping back up to her feet, she drew her leg back and tried to send a knee strike to her foe's face.

Maddie's taunt only made Kena's glare sharpen. Yes, she was frustrated, mostly about how she underestimated Maddie's ability to take a beating. This fight was starting to turn into one of endurance, and Kena knew she'd lose at this rate if it kept going. She had to end this soon. She couldn't play around anymore. It was knockout or bust.

Kena's knee was still bugging her, but she saw Maddie's knee coming at her and forced herself to ignore, bring her hands up to block the blow. Kena's hand's were up just in time to prevent collision. She would then pushed Maddie's knee back and rolled away before hopping back up.

With her attack blocked, Maddie stumbled backwards as her leg was pushed away. "Damn...!" Kena had already rolled away and started to recover, but Maddie knew she had to stop her or else she'd probably be in for some more hurt. Rushing after her opponent, she took a wild dive, hoping to tackle Kena down just as she was getting up.

Kena quickly rolled away from Maddie as she was pushed away and got back up, fists raised and ready to fight again. At least she thought she was. By the time she was in her stance Maddie came charging at Kena without warning, and dove at her. "What the-?!" She wasn't even up for five seconds and she was already back on the ground. This was getting annoying now. Maddie's tenacity was going to be an obstacle for sure. "Tch..." At least she wasn't as damaged as she was before, and she swung a fist at Maddie's head in hopes of getting her off. Now she really was going to break this girl. Forget playing with her, Kena was going to make sure she was just put down now.

Both of them crashing to the ground, Maddie at least had the fortune of Kena cushioning her landing. Somewhat at least. Scrambling to try and take advantage of her positioning, she attempted to grab Kena's short, black hair with both hands, ideally to use it to hold her in place. That, however, ended up being foiled as Kena's fist smacked her in the face. While not quite dismounted, she definitely recoiled, clutching at her face while cursing loudly. "Ow! Fuck...!"

Kena gave a small smirk as her blow landed, seeing it's effect as Maddie clutched onto her face. Not as nice a feeling as when she had the girl on the ground earlier, but still nice. At least the punch gave her a little rest from her opponent's attacks. Then Kena realized something as she saw the girl recoil: She's stunned. She quickly decided to continue her assault, reaching out to grab Maddie and pull it away from her face so Kena could punch her again with her free hand.
