Emma Galbraith vs. Jackpot

By the time Emma realized what was going on it was too late as the bell sounded, signaling the end of the match. Admittedly it was the result she had expected from early on, but she couldn't help but feel a little disappointed.

"Oooh... Thanks. You really did do a number on me there..." Emma chuckled, accepting Jackpot's hand. As pretty much a total novice, the fight had taken quite a toll on Emma's body, causing her to groan in pain as she made her way back to her feet.

Jackpot chuckled as she helped Emma up and said, "So did you! That was the first time you actually got me in a hold for so long without letting go!" She was extremely careful to bring her back on her feet and even supported her if she was having trouble standing.

Jackpot then softly grabbed Emma's arm to raise it up for the crowd to show that she did a good job. The crowd immediately erupted in cheer and applause as they were on their feet. It wasn't so often when one fighter is a good sport and helps out the other. In a few seconds, the crowd would chant, "EMMA! EMMA! EMMA! EMMA! EMMA!"

While it certainly had been a far cry from the fun little romp she had wanted, Emma had still managed to enjoy herself quite a bit. As rough as things were, she felt like she was going to like it here at the AFW. Grinning as she looked around, she happily waved to the crowd as they chanted her name.

Jackpot would allow Emma to have her moment here as she smiled to her. She was glad that the new girl got to show her stuff and she could have a brilliant future here. She would then say, "Emma, keep up your fun-loving attitude and continue to fight. Next time, I'm sure you'll beat me. And ultimately, I believe you'll be one of the best out of all of us."

The Irish girl then slipped a piece of paper in Emma's other hand, containing her number and added, "And in case you wanna spar or need anything else, just me know."

"Thanks. Maybe we can grab a drink sometime~?" Emma winked playfully, as she casually stuck the piece of paper under her top. Jackpot didn't seem too interested now, but maybe in a more casual setting Emma might have a bit more luck. Feeling pretty good, despite her loss, Emma bid Jackpot good bye for now, making her way back to her locker room.

"Aye, I'd like that," said Jackpot winking back as she got what Emma was going for. She too would head back to the locker room after Emma went out first. The fans were still pleased that the fight was really enjoyable and that the two seemed to make amends in the end. The Irish girl wouldn't mind playing with Emma again, perhaps next time, she'll have more fun with her and let the seriousness subside.
