Eliza Harenwood vs Alan Smith.

Eliza was able to connect with her hit attempt, although Alan even when in pain could still counter back. And there was a loud banging noise as Eliza hit the mat hard, her body bouncing from the impact of both her and Alan.

"Nuhhhhh." Eliza loudly groaned out, her mind swimming in a sea of pain. She put both of her hands to her temple and began to massage it, trying to block out the rest of her pain in her body. Now this wasn't good, Eliza couldn't take much direct damage. Another hit like that and she wouldn't be much for kicking out of a pin.

But she had to focus! So with that in mind Eliza would start doing a pencil roll towards the nearest ring edge, falling out of the ring once she did so. Ms Harenwood would get her hands and chin atop the ring edge after getting outside.

"Woah!" she said as she began to stand back up, catching her breath and trying to stop the stinging in her noggin.

Alan sat back up, running his chin. He was very surprised that that kick hadn't broken his jaw. The impact was certainly hard enough. He shook his head, getting on his knees and smacking himself in the face, trying to keep himself from passing out right then and there. He staggered to his feet, stretching out his neck muscles, rolling his head around. He looked toward the Ballroom girl, to see she was doing a bit of the same, trying to keep her energy up. He liked that.

"ONE!" The ref shouted, warning her to get back in the ring.

"Yes, yes I'm getting back in the ring don't worry." Eliza said as she got up to the apron, taking another deep breath as she tried to clear out her cobwebs. It seems they'd gotten each other good there.

Ms Harenwood was a lot more careful now, it seemed like just throwing out powerful moves and hoping for the best wouldn't cut it here. No it called for precise stuff, and she could do that. Doing a ballet spin after two leaps on your tip toes took quite a good deal of skill thank you very much.

"Uh, when you're ready." she said with a bit of an absentminded tone, probably cause her head was still ringing.

Alan nodded back at her, unable to speak, because he was still recovering from the hit to the chin he took. He figured if he could overpower her, he'd have an advantage. He charged straight forward, attempting to ram his left shoulder into her stomach in a powerful spear. If he managed to knock her down, he'd roll her over onto her belly, and begin pulling back on her left leg in a boston crab.

Eliza was keeping her focus on Alan, her head beginning to subside. And it seemed that Alan wasn't attempting to even bother being subtle right now, brute force was effective in it's simplicity. However technique and skill were also important.

So with that in mind Eliza would move towards Alan, attempt to use her skilled acrobatics to leapfrog over him. Perfectly getting her legs into the air and moving gracefully through it, she did do a bit of cheerleader during high school back in the day.

Eliza would then preform a forward roll after the leap and turn to face Alan, she then began spinning again and attempted to deliver a headshot with a heel to the side of the head.

Alan's head finally snapped out of it's funk when she jumped over his spear. "Clever!" He muttered to her as he turned around, only to see a foot headed right to his head. He held his hands up to block the short, and it worked, but the force of the kick sent his hands into his temple, knocking him back a bit. Shaking his head, both in disbelief, and to regain focus, he swept his right leg, hoping to knock her off her feet.

Eliza was fortunate to have at least staggered Alan a bit, she figured he might not have even budged. But then again her attacks were powerful to say the least, her kicks were the main focus of her gameplan. She could use her hands as well, but her legs were what she felt comfortable with. Heck she even had insurance taken out on them.

But her legs ended up getting sweeped by Alan, sending the young girl to the mat. The back of her head banging off the canvas, earning a loud grimace of pain from the ballroom girl. Eliza would attempt to roll backwards to gain some space from Alan.

Alan had succeeded in knocking her off of her feet, He smirked a bit, moving over to her, attempting to grab her. If he had succeeded, he would attempt to execute his finisher, The Focused Sleep, in which he wraps his arms around her neck in a sleeper hold, and wraps his legs around her waist in a body scissor, to sap the air and energy out of her.

Eliza kept a close eye on Alan, and as he neared her she sprung her trap. Her arm grabbed his wrists and Eliza would quickly rotate her body, hoping to bring her legs around the head of Alan.

Ms Harenwood was attempting to lock in a nice headscissors, using her toned and practised ballet legs to attempt to put pressure onto Alan's neck. Of course if he caught on then there was a chance he could pull out, if that happened Eliza would carefully get back up watching him.

Alan's eyes widened when he saw Eliza make a grab for his wrists. he attempted to move away, but she had managed to hook her legs around his neck, squeezing and applying pressure to it. "Dammit!" He rasped, cursing himself for falling for this trick. He figured here he would have to rely on his strength advantage, attempting to pry her legs open, off of his neck. If he succeeded, he would then roll her over on her belly, keeping hold of her wright leg, which she would bend back, and lock in between his own. He would then wrap his arms around her neck, pulling on her chin in a nice STF.
