After the beating she had received at the hands of Brittany Luuve during her debut talk show, the House of Jade, she had completely forgotten about the woman's earlier offer to let her come over and spend the night with both Brittany and her lover Morrigan. It was only after watching the recording of the show did she remember, but even then she had no intention of taking the woman up on it even if somewhere in the back of her mind she was more than a little curious about what a night with those two would entail, stuck between her fear of Brittany and her longing for the blond woman.

That would change however after a meeting with some of the Friction management about the ratings for her show, the board saying that while the interview had garnered a lot of attention and built more hype for the at the time upcoming hardcore title match they weren't confident she could bring those numbers again. Desperate for a way to save her show from being canceled Jade told them about how she had a plan to get an inside look into the love life and the lair of the new hardcore champion and her lover, calling it the biggest story the AFW would ever see, all they had to do was keep her show on the schedule. They eventually agreed to her request and with her show on the line Jade pushed aside her reservations and finally called Brittany.

After a short talk in which she fully expected the woman to laugh at her and call her a bitch, Jade was shocked to hear that Brittany would have her, the last obstacle between her and this late night rendezvous gone. On the night of the meeting she stood in front of the mirror in her bathroom making sure she looked presentable, wearing a knee length black skirt and a buttoned up blouse of the same color, her long hair brushed behind her shoulders. Once she had gathered up her courage Jade made her way to the AFW complex, heading for the meeting spot which was somewhere deep backstage, Jade thinking to herself no one would find her if she got lost back here.
