As Deathbird was applying pressure to Sora's lower back and neck, she would say, "Well, sorry if competition gets me too pumped, but that's the way things are here. You can't always expect someone such as myself to go easy. It's all part of pushing yourself forward to be the best and win at ANY COST!" She would keep the hold up for another 30 seconds before letting Sora go. "You understand what I'm saying?"

To Sora's credit, she refused to tap out during the entire thirty seconds that Deathbird had the hold applied. Yet the result was that her body was crippled with pain by the time Deathbird finally let go. Sora slumped against the mat, breathing raggedly. She looked up at Deathbird and gave her a hateful, venomous glare. "I... understand..." she wheezed, as she slowly picked herself up. "That everyone here... is a PSYCHO!!" she screamed these last words, and launched herself at Deathbird to throw a punch. It was a weak one however, due to the damage Deathbird had done with her hold.

Deathbird softly grunted when she felt the weak punch to her face. She would rub her cheek before saying, "Not everyone, Sora, there are others who are like you. But, it would take a while to search for them." Afterwords, she attempted to throw a punch of her own to her opponent's face to see how her strength fares with Sora.

The punch seemed to take more out of Sora than it did Deathbird. She was left hunching there in front of the taller woman with a sense hopelessness creeping in, yet the look of outrage and defiance never fading from her face. She glared heatedly at Deathbird up until the black haired woman delivered a haymaker of her own. Sora went down like a house of cards. She hit the mat with a violent thud, with a bit of blood spraying from her now split lip from where Deathbird hit her. She seemed dazed by the punch, perhaps ready to be pinned... Unless Deathbird wasn't quite finished with her yet.

After the punch, Deathbird would comment, "Right now, you look soft." She would walk over and and attempt to grab Sora's legs and turn Sora on her stomach. If she can do this, Deathbird would sit on Sora's back and pull those feet under her armpits for a boston crab.

Sora Takenada vs. Deathbird - Page 3 Empty Re: Sora Takenada vs. Deathbird

Once again Sora found herself being rolled onto her stomach just as she was coming to. Where she may have expected Deathbird to apply the same camel clutch from earlier though, the black haired woman instead wrenched her legs into a boston crab. Sora's eyes widened in intense, debilitating pain and began to frantically scratch at the mat in an attempt to get to the ropes. Yet from the spot they were in, she'd have an easier time simply breaking the submission hold than climbing all the way to the ropes... which she wasn't sure she could do.

As she looked around for some kind of way to help herself, she began to notice the faces amongst the crowd. The way they were reacting to all this... how they were enjoying this. These people were all as goddamn sick as the woman trying to break her in half, or at least Sora felt so. And as she thought this, she also began to wonder... what was she doing this for? Yes, she had to be in the AFW, but that didn't mean she had to put up with this much pain and humiliation. She didn't have to struggle to win a match, just to entertain the AFW's depraved fans. Sora decided that she didn't have to go through this, and so, without a second thought, she chose to give up. She began tapping the mat repeatedly, submitting to Deathbird's boston crab.

Sora Takenada vs. Deathbird - Page 3 Empty Re: Sora Takenada vs. Deathbird

As Deathbird kept up the pressure in the boston crab, she heard a strange sound that actually surprised her. Was that...Sora tapping out? So soon? This confused her a little because she isn't going THAT hard yet. But she wants to hear Sora's submission other than tapping out, so she would let Sora's legs slip a little so that Deathbird can grab her toes and pull them up in her own boston crab variation.

"Come on, Sora! Say that you submit! I don't want to hear just tapping out!"

Sora Takenada vs. Deathbird - Page 3 Empty Re: Sora Takenada vs. Deathbird

Post by BCG Tue Sep 24, 2013 1:42 am

The bell rang and Deathbird's music began playing to her victory. Soon after Sora felt the sadistic woman loosen the hold, and she sighed in relief as she believed it was finally over. To her immediate dismay however, Deathbird soon reapplied a modified version of the boston crab. Sora literally screamed out in pain, and began instinctively tapping the mat again, as if Deathbird would let go if she just tapped hard enough. At this point the music stopped playing and the referee signaled for the bell to be rung again repeatedly, so that Deathbird would stop. The ref shouted at Deathbird, demanding that she let go, but of course there was nothing anyone there could do to stop her.

Even the crowd, who hadn't cared very much for Sora due to her boring personality, were booing Deathbird's brutal and unsportsmanlike actions. Ironically enough, Sora was in too much pain to pay attention to the crowd. All she could hear was Deathbird herself, shouting at her to submit. She was demanding that she submit verbally... which was just another way of telling her to beg. Sora clenched her teeth in anger and pain. "I already gave up, you psychotic bitch!!" she screamed at her, thought it was hard for her to sound tough when she was in such excruciating torment. "Just let me go!!"

Sora Takenada vs. Deathbird - Page 3 Empty Re: Sora Takenada vs. Deathbird

Deathbird would release Sora from the submission as soon as she heard her. She put her hands up to show the ref she was done. She then stood up and shouted to the booing crowd, "WHAT?! You forgotten that I'm mainly a hardcore fighter?! I'd like to see you do better than this girl and beat me before you end up like the others! Especially her!" At those words, the crowd even the ref was frozen in fear, for Deathbird was not a girl to be messed with, especially after knowing her for quite some time.

Deathbird then turned to her downed opponent and lowly say, "Sorry for the trouble, Sora...but I guess I'm not the right person to be your friend after all." With that, the music played again and she would walk out of the ring as the crowd and the ref remained afraid and didn't want to argue with her. The ref then turned to Sora and asked if she needed help.

Sora Takenada vs. Deathbird - Page 3 Empty Re: Sora Takenada vs. Deathbird

Post by BCG Tue Sep 24, 2013 4:18 am

Sora didn't even have the energy to move anymore once Deathbird finally released the hold. She lied there in a broken heap, with pain still shooting up her back. Deathbird's voice came across as a faint ringing to Sora's ears, as she lay there blankly into the crowd. It wasn't until long after Deathbird left the ring and the referee tried to help her, that she finally snapped out of it. She slowly picked up her head and turned her face to see the referee. Rather than accepting her help, she scowled at her with great resentment. She didn't see an honest referee offering help, no... what Sora saw was just another cog in this ugly machine. Just another employee of this madness they called a wrestling league. Sora woozily climbed to her feet, and pushed the referee away.

"Just leave me alone!" she spat, and with that she turned and clumsily exited the ring. She staggered up the ramp, holdings her sides in pain, feeling more broken and humiliated than she ever had in her whole life.

Winner: Deathbird, via Submission
