Best served cold(Sayuri and Deathbird)

Whistling a little song she had picked on shortly, a rather small woman waited at a hidden corner of a hotel floor and posed as a regular guest of the hotel. In fact she was a regular guest of the hotel but was not here to have fun, at least not the fun you could expect in a noble hotel. She also had taken some precautions to a certain hotel room a certain person was booked in. Not that it had been easy to negotiate with the receptionist, but some quick stock trade tips had opened her the door for her little preparations.

All she had to do now was for the other person to arrive in her hotel room when she came home from the AFW tour she was taking part in.

Meanwhile, another girl had arrived to the hotel to join the first one. She was the one who booked that certain hotel room and expected to have company later. She had dark purple hair and was wearing warm clothes for the day. She got to the elevator to get to her floor and when she opened her door to her room, she was hoping her old rival will arrive.

Funny how a simple message could have such an effect. It was so elegant in the making that it would have probably been in the arsenal of Batman. The gas that was coming into the room she had lured in was disorienting and had a dazzling effect, but still she hobbled down the floor to the door where she had seen the other girl go in and wait until she would probably try to escape through that door if she made it that far to hit her head with the Baseball Bat she had leaned on while she had been waiting for Deathbird to arrive.

Deathbird would see the gas coming in and knew that she might've stepped into a trap. She quickly rushed to the door and opened it up to run as quick as she can to the wall and breathe. If she escaped the bat, she would turn to face Sayuri. But if she got hit, she would instantly be knocked out for a while.

Quick on her feet, that was something that Deathbird had surely going for her when she dodged the attack and forced Sayuri to swing around and hit her with a hard knee in the body to prepare her for another swing of the bat. But hey, maybe this would even be better to toy around a little with the girl before she could take revenge on Deathbird for Barbara.

"Oh hey, you can still walk straight, congrats. But it's only a matter of time until that changes."
She promised with a vengeful tone. That little other vermin had ambushed Barb badly, and now her boss would have to suffer for it!

"AGH!" Deathbird cried out as she was still on the wall. Then she tried to defend herself from the swinging bat as she could feel the sleeping gas taking a toll from just a small whiff. "ARGH!!" she cried out as she hit the floor while no one else was watching.

Deathbird's eyes slowly faded as she chuckled and said, "I knew you'd try to come at me as a result of your friend. I had no idea you'd try that now. Heheheheheh!!!!" Soon she drifted off to sleep still smiling.

Sayuri was a little bit disappointed that the other girl took this with not much of a concern, but the smile returned to her face when she thought that she would be rewarded for her patience plenty of times in the following hours.

Under huffs and puffs she dragged the criminal into the ring she had prepared to tie her wrists together with leather straps and hang her up on a pulley she had installed in the room. She also had some leather slings for the ankles of Deathbird and would apply them too before she would sit herself on a stool in front of the other girl with a glass of red wine in one hand to wait until she would wake up for the beginning of something Sayuri would call "unpleasantly pleasant".

Deathbird soon woke up and found herself hung from above and tied up. She would see Sayuri sitting there as she said, "Good morning, Mom. What's for breakfast?"

"We'll see about that when we are both hungry later, no? But I heard the breakfast here is excitingly good, AFW books the best hotels. My only concern is that you maybe will not be in a good condition to eat without the help of some tools."
It was a casual conversation as it seemed if not for the strange circumstances. Deathbird seemed to be in a good mood, and Sayuri was someone to take people as they were and could seek enjoyment where it was instead of seeking for the thrill she had hoped to gain.

As casually as they were speaking, the Japanese pulled a briefcase near with the help of a foot that she had standing slightly behind her.

Deathbird seemed unnerved by Sayuri's way of tying her up and threatening her. Seeing the briefcase, she would say, "Mom, why are you overworked again? It wouldn't hurt to take a break every now and then. Just some simple breathing exercises can calm the nerves."
