"Gah!"

Cassie winced and grit her teeth as she was dragged up by the hair, and stumbled along after Angel until she was flung into the metal barrier. She doubled over it and rolled so that she fell on her side instead of her head at the feet of the front row.

She felt dazed. Here she was, getting roughed up again. It didn't seem fair, but she rebuked the part of her that thought that. What could she do?

As she laid on her back, a hand to her forehead as she tried to get the room to stop spinning, began to wonder if maybe she really was out of her element.

As Angel saw Cassie's body collide with the barrier, a certain feeling of satisfaction came over her. This brawling style of fighting was something she was accustomed to. After all, the people she use to fight always beat her up in this fashion. Now she understood why. It made things so much easier and almost...pleasurable. "Four!" She walked over to the barrier and reached over to drag Cassie right back to her feet by her hair once more. She pulled the girl's head up so she had to look at her.

"Not so smug now, are you?" she yelled at her with the fans all in earshot. They were her first words of the match. "Five!" If Cassie was still stunned enough, Angel would drop down to the mat pulling Cassie's head with her to try and force the girl's neck right down upon the metal barrier.

Cassie's neck cricked to the side as her hair was snagged again. She obeyed the command and hauled herself back up to her feet, her hands both holding Angel's to try to alleviate some of the pain.

She could just make out Angel's eyes through her mask. "W-was I ever that?" She asked, breathing heavily. She didn't get an answer. Instead, she was yanked down so roughly she couldn't even try to catch herself, and she took the metal rail in her throat.

Her mouth gaped and she let out a strangled cry. She rolled over onto her back, both hands on her throat, her brows knitted up into a pathetic description of her breathless pain. She struggled to breathe, and couldn't even think of doing anything else.

Dark Angel vs Cassie Elliot - Page 5 Empty Re: Dark Angel vs Cassie Elliot

As Angel got back to her feet, several of the fans were now clearly booing her from only feet away. Without even realizing it, the girl was laughing to herself at this as she helped herself over the barrier to where Cassie was laying down struggling to breath. "Seven!" She smiled underneath the mask and bent over Cassie. She probably could easily have just run back into the ring and let the ref count Cassie out. But where was the fun in that? She bent over and grabbed a handful of Cassie's hair with one hand and the girl's wrist with the other. As much as she wanted to just drag the girl around by her hair alone, she wasn't entirely sure Cassie could get up on her own after the shot she just took. So she pulled the girl to her feet and even forcefully helped her over the barrier. "Eight!"

Time was running out. Angel, with Cassie's hair and wrist still in tow, pulled her to the edge of the ring then tried to slam the girl's head down against it. She'd then quickly roll herself into the ring then back out to the floor to reset the count. "Come on, get it back in the ring!" the referee yelled but the masked girl just brushed it off. After all, this match was personal to her. As she landed back on the floor with her feet she grabbed Cassie's hair once more to force her to look at her again. "How does that feel, Cassie?" she asked closely, clearly enjoying this.

Dark Angel vs Cassie Elliot - Page 5 Empty Re: Dark Angel vs Cassie Elliot

Cassie was pulled up again by the hair, and while she knew that she was only setting herself up for more abuse she could do nothing to resist. She winced and climbed awkwardly over the barrier, one hand holding Angel's, and then stumbled after her to the ring apron.

Her forehead bounced off the side of the ring and she let out a hurt cry before dropping to her knees, covering her head with her hands. She wondered if she was going to be counted out, and part of her welcomed the idea but she knew she couldn't just give in. She thought Angel must want her back in the ring, anyway, but when she looked out she saw the masked girl sliding back out of the ring.

"Ah!" She gasped as she was lifted up by the hair. She looked into Angel's purple-blue eyes, but didn't answer her. Instead she grit her teeth and tightly grabbed hold of the girl's wrist. She quickly stood up, put a knee in Angel's hip and slung her other leg over her captive arm, and while she fell onto her back she pulled Angel down into an armbar. She strained and pulled on her wrist with everything she had to straighten it out, bend it back painfully, and break it if she had to.

Maybe Cassie had seen the girl's smile underneath her mask. Or maybe she was far tougher than Angel gave her credit. Regardless, the girl had suddenly rolled the two onto the mat with her arm pulled between her legs in an armbar. The masked girl felt the pressure before it was fully executed and flexed her arm the best she could to resist straightening. But she wasn't going to be able to hold it like that, not with just how much leverage Cassie had over her. "Two!" the referee shouted. There were neither submissions nor rope breaks outside the ring in a normal match. For better or worse...definitely worse in this case. So the ref just continued the countout knowing the two wrestlers had to get it back into the ring eventually.

And despite the fact that Angel knew Cassie would have to let go before then, she was suddenly forgetful of that salvation. Cassie managed to straight out her arm and began pulling it back painfully. "Aah..." Angel groaned at first before managing to suppress it. She really didn't want to show weakness anymore. Not that she wanted to from the start. The girl tried to reflex her arm to pull it back but Cassie's grip was far too strong on her wrists. "Three!" With her free arm Angel grabbed onto the material that concealed the bottom of the ring from the audience. It may have looked like an act of desperation to the audience and the referee. And they'd be justified, Angel was a little desperate. She knew the damage Cassie could do with holds like this, and she had to go...somewhere she could escape. With a firm grip of the divider, Angel pulled the two underneath the ring. She even kicked at the ground in hopes the motion would move them further.

"Four!" she could hear yelled from above. Relief was approaching but it wouldn't come in time. Now that the two were concealed underneath the ring, the audience couldn't really make out what was happening with the cloth divider draped over the two. More importantly, though, the referee couldn't make them out either. With her free arm, Angel reached around in the dark for some salvation. She touched several things that wouldn't help. And then she found it. Hidden here for emergencies. Angel swung a steel pipe high and around Cassie's legs...just so she could aim it directly at Cassie's head.

Cassie wasn't thinking at all about caution or position. She had a hold of Angel's arm, and she torqued on it with everything she had. She really hoped Angel was smart enough to tap before her arm broke, even while she adjusted her angle and her legs to maximize the possibility of that happening, though she was not thinking clearly enough to remember that submissions were not allowed outside.

She couldn't see what Dark Angel was doing, but it didn't matter. She squeezed her eyes shut and bent her opponent's elbow back at an angle that made spectators who could see them cringe, waiting for it to break, praying it didn't happen but unable to look away. Then they disappeared.

Cassie opened her eyes and figured out what Angel was doing just in time to be cracked over the head. There was the dull thud of the pipe, a hurt grunt from Cassie, and then she was limp. She let go of Angel's arm and her head lolled back like she was dead.

Dark Angel vs Cassie Elliot - Page 5 Empty Re: Dark Angel vs Cassie Elliot

Post by TaliZorah Tue Jan 15, 2013 7:46 pm

The amount of pressure Cassie was putting on her arm was something that brought back painful memories to Angel. Once again, here she was about to have her arm broken by her friend. Well...ex-friend. And for a split second, she was afraid that really was about to happen. But then she heard that unmistakable sound of metal hitting a skull. She had heard it when she struck Taylor Parker and Chigusa Yuuki with a steel chair months back. This one, however, felt far relieving. Immediately after, the pressure on her arm released which reaffirmed the assumption that she had hit Cassie on the mark. For a moment, Angel pulled her arm into her chest and dropped the pipe. "Oh thank god..." she breathed with a sigh of relief. For the first time since she returned to AFW, she was legitimately worried that she was going to get injured. "Six!"

Angel took another deep breath. "That was close..." she muttered to herself. She could barely bend her arm without it hurting like hell. But Angel now had the time to stretch it after that...less than legal stunt. "Seven!" Or so she thought. She rolled her way through Cassie's limp body and to the outside of the ring. Just as the referee yelled, "Eight!" Angel did the same resetting maneuver of rolling into the ring than back out. "Get it back in the ring you two! Now!" Still holding her arm against her chest, Angel looked down at where the two had gone under the ring together. Cassie's hand stuck out lifelessly, and the masked girl smiled as she bent over. The referee may or may not have heard the sound of the pipe. But even if she did, they probably just assumed Cassie's head hit the metal frame of the ring.

"One!" Angel grabbed hold of Cassie's hand and pulled the girl out from under the ring. Finally, she felt in full control of the unconscious girl. She pulled the girl to her feet and rolled the girl's body into the ring. This was her chance to hurt Cassie the most, and she was going to use every second of it. She dragged her body headfirst over to the steel corner post. Angel stretched Cassie's arm out and held it there for a second. "Wake up dear..." she whispered to Cassie before slapping her to try and wake her up. "I want you to feel...this!" Angel shrieked as she threw the girl's right arm into the steel post.

Cassie was a rag doll as Angel dragged her back out and pulled her up. She unconsciously tried to support herself on her own two feet, but mostly Angel had to pick her up and stuff her back in the ring.

"Unnh..." She groaned, slowly bringing a hand up to her aching head. She was dazed, barely conscious, and didn't resist when Angel dragged her off to the corner.

"W-wha..." She blinked her eyes open and looked up at the white feline mask, and then her elbow slammed against the corner post. She screamed, but tried to keep quiet. She made stifled hurt little noises while she nursed her arm against her chest and rocked back and forth.

"Why?" She wailed.

Dark Angel vs Cassie Elliot - Page 5 Empty Re: Dark Angel vs Cassie Elliot

The sound the post made from the impact sent a chill up Angel's spine. It almost made her cringe. Almost. She figured it only didn't because she was the one doing it after all. "Four!" the referee counted down at her. Angel looked up with a glare. "That's getting REALLY annoying, you know?" The referee just shook her head at her and gestured to her to get back into the ring. So Angel just shook her head in response. She wasn't done yet. She jumped onto the edge of the ring just high enough so she could reach in to grab Cassie again by whatever was in reach to pull her to the corner yet again.

If she could pry Cassie's left arm from the curled up girl, then she'd do exactly the same thing as before. She'd grab the wrist with both hands and prepare to swing the arm violently into the steel post. The masked girl even replied "Why not?" to Cassie. It was a stupid answer, of course, but one which Angel was in every position to answer. It wasn't like Cassie had the right to question her answer when she was on the ground in pain. At the very least, just hurting her more would prevent the orange-haired girl from wasting her breath asking such things. Then, as if looking in a mirror, Angel threw the girl's left arm into the steel ringpost!
