I wouldn't choose Silent Hill unless it was an option of horror settings. Silent Hill forces you to face your own demons, so you would have your own crazy shit to deal with.
I also wouldn't mind being a cheating guy in Catherine. I can climb blocks.

Not true. Ok, you may not reach the greatest of heights as human, but Krilin is actually a match for most Henchmen and the strongest guy on earth, far from pointless.
Ginyu Force.
Cooler, King Cold and Freezer are all extremely powerful.
Picolo is a match for unperfect Cell and Freezer.
Cell, C 17(Super 17 if you count GT) and 18 are only human fashioned or former humans and extremely powerful.
Boo and Yanemba are not human and no single Sayan except Broly could defeat him.
And you can actually be the boss if you don't go overboard with a meager 2Million battle power in DBZ. Goku and his troopers are the exception, not the rule.

I like my hills talkative, so no to Silent Hills.

SW is relatively equal. Even if your connection to the force is low, you can still be kick ass with advanced tech.

M:TG is just horrible as world(s), even more than Resident Evil.
