Appearance: a tall, muscled, permanently smirking humanoid. Her pointed ears and prominent red horn with a yellow star mark her as an oni, which she proudly accepts. She has an overly friendly air to her, looking like she could hug or make out with anyone she saw (with possibly harmful results). Tends to wear little, usually a loin cloth or swimsuit bottoms and a white tank top. Sometimes bikini top, traditional oni tiger print cloth, or just topless are fine too. Almost permanently barefoot and smells of alcohol

Powers: Revy has a high level of strength as a long-living oni, thought surprisingly not much beyond powerful human beings. She tends to prefer her actual skill at brawling, a few dozen decades under her belt of raising hell. More notably she has exceptional endurance, stubborn and tough enough to take some real effort from the strongest of foes. Though technically not a power, she has been cursed to only be able to drink alcohol, never water or other drinks. It has affected her significantly, leaving her almost constantly drunk and actually slightly toxic as a result. Most of her bodily fluids contain a high alcohol content, claimed to be able to set off a breathilizer just by her smell. Depending on their constitution, Revy has been known to get foes and lovers genuinely drunk off of her saliva or sweat. Going through her unusual digestive system, the alcohol is not poisonous whatsoever, so anything that comes through her is intoxicating, but never deadly (unless the match calls for otherwise…). She obviously has a horn, but after relying on their strength for so long, oni horns tend to be rather dull, not much harder than a fist or a softball.

Style: Revy is a blitzer, known to favor the attack over defense any day. She not unable to, itâ€s just a lower priority if she can help it, especially given her high endurance. A consistently smart foe should be able to run circles around her, but sheâ€s known to be surprisingly crafty and sneaky when it comes to fights, fighting dirty or distracting or spotting weak points despite her sake haze. She favors powerful and quick strikes, and while she has the muscle she has rather little skill in tactical grappling. Her size and long reach make her actually a bit vulnerable if you slip past her guard… and can walk away from it. She loves to disorient her foe with sake or her naturally alcoholic smell, sweat, spit, etc. She has a iron club that she seems to store in a sort of hammer space, but rarely employs it.

Match Preference: hardcore, outside battles, cage matches, rough wrestling

Personality: Revy is loud, happy go lucky, careless, and boastful. She loves to prove and test her strength to anyone, always up for a wrestle or a lay, whichever, itâ€s cool. She can always find a way to laugh or have a good time, even if sheâ€s bleeding or lost. She wanders everywhere, so has a fondness for the spontaneous and the random. Though not especially curious, sheâ€ll fight over just about anything without taking it personally at all. If you survive, sheâ€ll be glad to have a go or share a drink. Or she might use your koâ€d body for a seat, who knows. Truly chaotic neutral in her wanderlust, battle lust, and regular old lust. Sheâ€s a wandering permanent drunk, what do you want?



Past: a real troublemaker, even as far as oni go. While Revy has been known to tell many tall tales in her drunken state, some of them have turned up true. This is what we could piece together to be real.
Revy is a near exemplary oni, the majority of their population drunken oafs who steal and fight too much to be bothered with thinking. If they canâ€t hit it, eat it, or steal it, who cares? In truth, the oni were once fairly civilized creatures, a race of demon that fled from the hells centuries ago. Used as brutes and slaves down there, a large number of them decided to flee to this Earth that so many of the human souls they tormented spoke about. It was a downright paradise to them, and the built a city to call their own.
As former demons though, a large number of them proved uncontainable to such confines, growing rowdy and working up into more and more common fights and binges and destruction. Finally the rebel oni were banished for the safety of the city and its saner citizens. Legendarily, Revyâ€s father was among the banished. Her parents left her in the wilds like most oni do, but hers kept her long enough for her to at least recall their faces. So when she heard of the banishment tale, she decided to achieve a number of things at once: get good and drunk, show up her father, avenge him, start a hell of a fight, and loot the crap out of a city. She returned to the oni city despite her hereditary banishment, raiding it with no more than four comrades. They leveled the walls and caused massive destruction before Revy and the rest were brought down. Disgusted by her violence and savagery, the oni shaman cursed the banished to magically be unable to ever reach the kingdom again, and for Revy and her comrades she wove very particular curses for each of them. Revy would be cursed to forever live in ignorance and clumsiness, cursed to be unable to drink anything but alcohol for all her life.
Revy waited until she left the kingdom to say “Best curse ever!!” She never regretted it. In fact, she sometimes thinks of raiding the city again just for fun, to see if she can make it this time and if theyâ€ll give her an even better curse.



Likes: alcohol of any kind, sake baths, parties, holidays of any kind, the smell of a hard-earned sweat
Dislikes: police, being expected to train or work out, anything dangerous enough to hurt her horn (the rest of herâ€s ok)

Fun Facts-
-Weâ€re not even sure if maternity tests work like that with oni, but there is some steady evidence that Revy may be Kikiâ€s mother from ages ago. She admits to bearing several children, but as oni pregnancy is not nearly so crippling as a humanâ€s and they rarely tend to their children for long, she cannot remember any of them.
-Revy can eat, but more often prefers sake with a light side of anything to eat. It seems to sustain her fine.
-Revy has a real taste for sake, but American beer and French wine win her over as well (so long as thereâ€s a lot of it)
-Like many breed of demon, oni go by titles over last names. “The Wild,” “The Ruthless,” “The Brave,” and the like are not uncommon oni names. By great deeds among their people, their names can be changed, usually recorded somehow to preserve their heritage. Revyâ€s attack on the castle gained her the title of “the iron club,” a prestigious but not necessarily positive title given to only the strongest of oni warriors. She has a very rarely seen tattoo of “The Furious” on the back of her neck under her hair, reminding her of her familyâ€s name (and her former)
-I have no idea who Revyâ€s 4 allies were in the raid. Might come up with them later, including whether or not they were oni, and offer that others can make them if theyâ€d like.
-Like the bovinian racial profile in my blog, I'll be doing one for oni as well. Don't expect people to stick by em, just what I had in mind for them. Why would I go and do a thing like that though for one character...?
