New Promo forum

I've just set up a new promo forum after a good suggestion from Psychopatrick.

The forum should be used for promo' such as wrestlers recording call outs to other wrestlers, or having rants... You can also RP interviews on this board or mini RPs (like small clips of backstage conversations or happening that come in between WWE matches on their shows). Hopefully this will take more of the strain off of the notice board (which is almost empty now and raring to go as a functional match setup system)

Call outs should usually be discussed with the other member before posting though (they may be too busy to answer the call out or their character might be involved in something else, or they may just not want to play the match you are suggesting.)
