Jinx Vs Reva: two out of three falls match.

the winner of this match will be whoever obtains two pins, submissions or knockouts first

Reva was excited for tonight, she hadn't wrestled in over a year, and had only just managed to start training again to get back in form. The Amazon was confident though, she always was, and with good reason.

Reva waited for her signal from backstage staff, and once it was given she walked out onto the ramp! Right as he'd music started to play through-out the arena.

Reva didn't care for theatrics, she was eager to start competing so she reached the ring as soon as she could, entered it and claimed the nearest corner as her own. Reva rested for a while, but by the time Jinx's entrance would begin Reva would transition to doing pre-match stretches.

It hadn’t been that long ago that Jinx had stood in the spotlight, a hair’s breadth away from the biggest gold the company had to offer. The whole thing had been a cruel joke, practically a circus act with all the conspiracy involved in knocking her out of the title scene. Then down she tumbled to whatever this hell was, stomping rookies or having to face whatever old hasbin they wheeled out from the back.

She didn’t know much about the lady she was fighting tonight but had gotten a peek at her earlier in the day before their scheduled match. Some dump truck of a woman, big like that stupid Tomko lady that ruined her shot at stardom. She wasn’t about to have a repeat of that tonight, no sir.

She bit down hard on the edge of her hand wrap, giving it a hard tug before tying it off. Jinx flexed her fingers, staring into the mirror inside her locker as her stony expression turned to a devilish smirk. If they thought they were going to humiliate her again, they had another thing coming. This cat had way more lives to go.

Full Moon Tonight:

Jinx:

The house lights dimmed into a dark void leaving only the limitations from stage camera backlights and the occasional cell phone in the audience. The massive screen suspended over the entry stage and with the image of a full moon slowly rising, Jinx's haunting music filled the auditorium. A feline-shaped head eclipsed the bright moon in darkness before the eyes snapped open sending out crisp beams of light through the dark interior. The eyes shifted, dragging with them the spotlights that moved along the ramp as if searching.

A brief glimpse of movement here or there as the feline fighter dashed and cartwheeled her way down the ramp, never in the light for more than a passing second, just enough to tease her approach without giving herself away. The spotlight caught sight of her lingering at the steel steps at the corner, leaning up against the ring ropes. Her eyes were fixed on Reva as the panning light passed over, making her amber eyes seem to glow in the creeping shadows before she disappeared into the darkness again.


When they came back up, Jinx wasn’t in the ring at all, but instead perched in a low crouch on top of the turnbuckle behind Reva. A fanged grin plastered on her face as she steadied herself to pounce. She shot off like a coiled spring, twirling through the air as she flew towards Reva before the bell even sounded. Two full horizontal rotations and she let a leg snap outward, trying to catch her giant opponent with a dirty spinning heel kick in the back of the head before the match even had a chance to get going!

Reva had to act disinterested as whatever puny competition made it's way down to the ring, the returnee as cocky as she was before she left. The stealthy approach of the I'll intentioned feline went unobserved by the big dumb redhead.

Reva wondered why her opponent wasn't on the ramp, and she stepped forward from her corner.

" uhh...did she get lost or something? " Reva said, looking over at the ref, who was also looking at the ramp curiously.

Reva started to get a little suspicious, but it was too late and too little, she hadn't anticipated that the hunting cat had it's claws drawn at her neck already! On the turnbuckle Jinx was ready to leap, doing do and spinning to gather momentum for a double rotation spinning heel kick to the back of the head!

Reva had sensed something was up, and turned around suddenly, and put a block in front with a cocky smile...but she underestimated the momentum her foe had gathered, hef boot slicing through Reva's guard and smacking her her face instead. Reva cried out In pain, as she fell backwards, landing on her bottom, the big girl suddenly looking rather small as she was left looking up at Jinx with a surprised expression, that was slowly transitioning to annoyance. Reva also felt a strong residual sting in her face from that kick though, mixed with the grogginess that usually followed being spin kicked in the head.

“Hah!” Jinx cried out as her leg made contact, grimacing at the arm that came up to try to block the blow. It had only been a speed bump to the momentum she had built up, breaking through to drive her heel across Reva’s chin with a satisfying crack that sent the big woman tumbling back. While her opposite’s drop to the mat had been sloppy, Jinx’s touchdown was far more elegant, descending into a low crouch on her toes with her fingers splayed atop the canvas. She flashed the redhead perhaps one of the smuggest grins imaginable with a small snaggletooth fang poking out between her lips.

“Oh… so sorry… I just got so excited to kick your ass I couldn’t wait for the bell.” The feline fighter gave a small giggle at that, more amused than the nearby referee who had witnessed the whole display had been. The office circled wide, making sure Reva was alright to continue… they wouldn’t start the match until she was back on her feet.

Jinx looked on with amusement, content to wait now that she had gotten her cheap shot in. There was plenty more of that to come if she had her way so it was best she not draw the ire of the referee any further. Besides, it gave her a better chance to drink Reva in and get a good look at her face-to-face rather than from peering around corners. The hair color was different and she was a few sizes bigger, but this woman had a look similar to Athala, a rookie she had used as a fun little chew toy. “Are you a good girl, or a bad girl, hm~?”

With her reeling from the kick, Reva felt humbled to be on her knees like this for even a few seconds, the redhead hadn't ever been taken down so quickly and so decisively. It made Reva angry to get shown up, but she was impressed, and curious, as well as eager to get revenge.

Reva after a moment got up to her feet, seemingly recovered from the blow, even if part of it was acting on Revs's part to act tough...even if she felt her face straining in pain from the lingering pain that kick. The redhead almost felt fearful of Jinx, but was quick to shut that down once she recognised it

" Nice of you to give me a second... But you shouldn't have, cause I'm worse than bad " Reva said, before bursting forward, trying to surprise the lighter girl and suddenly try to grab her shoulder, before whipping round her other arm to attempt to swing it forward into Jinx's body from the side. The redhead was lighter on her feet than most girls her weight, and truthfully she liked the competitive challenge of trying to catch a lightning fast kawaii like Jinx.

Reva paid particular attention to her surroundings while attempting her attack, eager to block the next killer kick that Jinx tried to display on her.

“Tch.” Jinx scoffed at the thought she hadn’t continued the deserving beatdown Reva was owed on only the merit of being her opponent tonight. It wasn’t out of sportsmanship or fairness, but of self-preservation. The last thing she wanted was to have the ref in her face all match every time she pulled some hair or punched this woman in the groin. For now, her bright amber eyes followed the other woman’s movements, not straying from her crouch.

“Yeah, I thought you were bad, then you opened your mouth and it sure got worse.” The feline fighter retorted, catty and on brand. A slender brow arched when Reva sprang to life with a full-on charge. The size difference had been enough for Jinx to not be cheeky about her defense,  popping herself forward into an acrobatic tumble to dip by the big woman’s grasping hands. She almost hadn’t gotten away, the redhead was a bit more sprightly than her bulky figure let on.

Rather than retaliate immediately, Jinx turned her roll into a cartwheel and sprang to her feet an ample distance away. She wouldn’t be winning this match by trading blows with someone this big. It was all about picking her opportunities. The Japanese native reached up, placing a finger just below her eye to tug it down enough to expose a bit of red between her eyes, sticking out her tongue at Reva in an insulting gesture. “Nyeh.”

Reva tried to catch her agile foe, and she very nearly did! The bombshell smirked as she threw the kick, but to her surprise Jinx cartwheeled to evade the attack, before fleeing proper and striking a taunting pose.

" Talk all you want, we'll see how long that keeps up. " Reva responded, frustrated by Jinx comment but trying her absolute best not to let herself be clouded by anger.

Reva took things slower this time, putting up a guard and approaching Jinx, constantly trying to push closer as the girl evaded her. Reva would try to burst forward the second she thought she was close enough, before attempting to drive an elbow strike forward into Jinx's head. Reva's thought process was that a quick strike may be fast enough to clip a more agile foe, though she wasn't really known for battle smarts.

Something had rushed past Jinx while she was in motion, she hadn't seen it but whatever Reva swung her way certainly felt like it had some substantial force behind it. The feline fighter counted her blessing that her opponent came out of the gate swinging as she had, clueing her in to just how fast she moved for a bigger woman. That could have easily been a mistake she made later in the match in underestimating the redhead which could have cost her dearly. Now though, she felt almost comfortable playing with her opponent and getting a better idea of how she worked and what she could do. If she was lucky, she might be able to gas Reva out and make her easy pickings.

“Oh please… don't try to get physically violent with me in a wrestling match. I’m so fragile~ ” Jinx spoke in a mock plea, flashing another big grin at Reva. As confident as she was and willing to mock the redhead, when Reva started towards her she straightened up again, taking a few cautionary steps back. She was light with her steps, bouncing slightly on the ball of her feet in preparation to move again.

When Reva brought her arm around, Jinx tilted her body in the direction the blow was coming from, dodging the blow entirely. She hadn't just leaned though, she had flipped herself sideways into a one-handed handstand, sending a swift capoeira-styled kick at her midsection. “Wow, keep this up and people might start to think you are trying to actually hit me!”

Reva swung her forearm forward as she stepped, she thought she had caught her slippery foe until the girl dropped down and landed with an arm supporting her on the mat. Reva looked down, and reflexively blocked her head, which was unfortunate since the target for that momentum gathered kick was her stomach instead.

"Ughhhh! " Reva groaned, that hurt like a bitch! The air made a whip like noise from the speed behind it, as the redhead stepped back while holding he stomach, gasping once before doing her best to stifle the pain with willpower

Reva had moved a little pretty continuously since the bell rang, and when she was hit in her stomach she ended up feeling gassed, needing a moment to catch her breath properly.

Reva watched out for those killer legs, the bigger girl starting to seem increasingly concerned as she felt like she was being played with by the devious kitty.

A solid kick, even despite Reva’s toned physique she had felt the blow sink pretty deep. With her opponent staggering back, she shifted her body weight back the way it came to delicately land back on her feet again. Jinx tilted her head, accessing her opponent with a devilish feline curiosity. The redhead was reeling, not coming at her right away. It was time to strike… if she could get her on the ground, all that size and power meant nothing.

Without hesitation she darted forward, practically vaulting off the ring canvas in a blur to close the small distance between the two of them. She stepped wide, trying to slide around the Redhead in a tight circle to prevent herself from being outright grabbed if the woman suddenly lunged at her.

Two quick strikes with closed-knuckled fists, one high just below the redhead’s armpit, the other low and hooked to drive her knuckles into her tender kidneys. She wouldn’t stay in one place, expecting to have to duck a blind swing of an arm or another elbow so she stayed slow and kept circling. If she managed to get behind the bigger woman Jinx would fire out one of her snappy kicks aimed at the back of the big woman’s knee, looking to take a leg out from under her.
