A... crush? (for luffy)

Malina felt her ankle being grabbed by Lewa right after the kick; however, before she could yank it strong enough to topple Malina over, Malina fell forwards on her own - sticking her elbow out. If all went well, she would fall on top of Lewa and deliver an impromptu elbow drop at the same time.

"Aghhh!" Lewa let out a cry as the elbow bashed into her back, growling low as she was stunned by the pain and trying to throw her own elbow awkwardly into Malina's chest.

Because of the sharp angle Lewa's arm had to make, her elbow didn't have much real power when it hit Malina, merely grazing her chest. Not concerning herself with the hit, Malina thought quickly about which move would be the best, now that she was on top of Lewa's back. As she was facing Lewa's legs, the obvious choice soon dawned into her. She moved up, sitting on Lewa's back, and tried to snag one of her ankles for a single-leg boston crab. She wouldn't apply much pressure on it yet, wanting to steady herself first.

"Nnnh! Tricky!" Lewa snapped, wriggling and kicking at the mat with her free leg and fingers, trying to pry herself at the ropes. That was a pretty neat rule humans came up with, when it worked for her. She wouldn't try tossing Malina off for now, rather using her limited freedom to go for the escape.

Malina saw that Lewa was trying to reach the ropes before she could do real damage. As they were rather close to the ropes, it wouldn't be long before she succeeded. "You're a quick learner, Lewa." Not wanting to lose her advantage, Malina changed her mind and got up. She would pull Lewa by her trapped leg until they were in the center of the ring, then try to lock in an STF on her. "How about this, then?"

"Lewa is quick at everything!" she proclaimed, but let out a confused "Mur?" as she let go partly, then yowled as she was dragged from the ropes, kicking a foot up at her to try and stop her before she as jerked into the trapping hold, crying out as she was twisted. "Aaaagh! Not... like!" Lewa hissed back through grit teeth, trying to jerk free.

Lewa's kick hit nothing, as Malina dodged the foot quickly. Soon she was executing another submission hold on Lewa, pulling back with her arm across Lewa's face. She didn't know how much energy the jungle child still had, but she was expecting her to escape at some time with her agility. So, for the time being, she cranked on the submission before she could get out. "You submit, then?"

"Hnnn! Alpha... strong..." grunted the little brown fighter, thrashing her head what little she could. She'd finally give a sudden twist of her body, trying to wrench herself free and slip loose from her sweaty grip, growling and aching from the bend but trying to follow up with a surprising close range kick, balancing on both hands to try and hit her in the belly

"Hm?" Malina's calm expression switched into a puzzled face, noticing that she was no longer pulling Lewa's head. She never ceased to surprise her. Shortly after losing Lewa in what - for her - seemed like some impossible body bending, her stomach was hit. Despite its expemely close range, the kick was very strong, and so Malina's body fell on top of Lewa's, with Lewa's leg still between her knees. She wanted to continue attacking, but for a moment she was stunned by the lack of air. If Lewa didn't move quickly, though, she'd try to send a punch under her, not caring where it landed.

Lewa growled and braced herself with her hands and free leg, trying to shove up with all her free limbs like a set of legs. "Lewa isn't so weak!" she shouted, pushing with her limbs and chest to try and heave Malina off to rob of her of advantageous position and ideally slip free
