Nanami Tomonari vs. Emily Nelson - Underworld vs. Highland

The match was over, and Emily stood triumphantly over Nanami after pinning her to the third count. For a while, she seemed to be unconscious as her opponent celebrated her victory, but then, the former Wrestle Angel went to check on her. Gradually, Nanami regained her consciousness, and she let out a weak groan.

"Uuuuuughhhhh..."

Nanami looked at Emily's beautiful face with her unfocused eyes. Hearing the question from the other woman, Nanami opened her mouth and answered her, "I-I'll live..." So, she would roll herself over to the side, but she was too weak to even get back up. So, the ringside officials would come into the ring to check on her, ensuring that she would be fine afterwards.

Unsurprisingly, Nanami looked dazed and unfocused as she answered Emily. This wasn't out of the ordinary: after all, even the best of wrestlers were left feeling rattled after taking a piledriver. That didn't stop Emily from feeling concerned about the girl, though, and worried that maybe she had overdone it. That fact that Nanami was visibly trying, and failing, to get up, wasn't helping matters, nor was the fact that ringside officials were coming in to check on her.

"No, don't ye go lying down again," she said, not liking how unfocused Nanami's otherwise pretty eyes had looked. Slowly, she would grab for Nanami's wrists and gently pull her up to her feet. If she managed that, she would try to steady the other girl by holding her by the shoulder with her free hand, all the while continuing to let the ringside officials check her over.

"Ye fought well, lass," Emily said with a warm smile once she had Nanami standing again. "Y'really did give me a lot o' trouble back there, an' I'd be 'appy to fight ye again at some point." She meant it: Nanami had fought braveuly and skillfully, and budding wrestlers like her deserved encouragement, even after a crushing defeat.
