It had been awhile since Johanna had had a match and it had been longer still since she had had a match that fit Johanna's fighting style. Johanna was shadow boxing backstage until she heard her music began to play. Johanna jogged out into the arena and waved to the fans while keeping up a brisk pace. Johanna wanted to make sure she was ready for whoever entered the arena to fight her and to do that Johanna had to remain on her toes.

Johanna would slide into the ring before shadow boxing some more while building up a sheen of sweat on her body. Johanna didn't care as it would take a lot more than some simple warm ups to tire her out. Johanna kept moving around the ring bouncing from foot to foot as she waited for her opponent to arrive.
