Moe certainly had the heart for the wrestling business. She'd gone to great lengths to go from someone that would look on as a member of the crowd, so someone that could compete in that very ring. She even protested to join the main roster, despite being a better fit for the Kawaii league, given her size and weight. And all that effort culminated into tonight, the night that she'd be debuting in her first official AFW match. In an effort to continue challenging herself even more, she'd debut against a very specific opponent. The woman that left her laid out and unconscious in the gym, not too long ago. Moe remembered their spar all too well. She couldn't do anything at all against the blue haired woman. But she didn't let that keep her discouraged. She trained hard since that day. And at the very least, she was well aware of the gymnast's in-ring strategy going into the match!

"This time it'll be different! I'm going to be the best I can be! And tonight that starts with winning my debut match!"



Moe gave herself reassurance as she appeared at the entrance ramp to the tune of her theme song. She waved to the crowd and made her way to the ring, sliding under the bottom rope and taking her place in the center of the ring. The audience was mildly receptive to her for her cute looks and smile. Miss Fukouka stared at the entrance to the arena. She was a woman on the mission. And the objective was going to appear very shortly.

It wasn't long before Julia's music started to play. She excitedly waved to the crowd as she made her way down to the ring. Today she had an extra bounce in her step. Her opponent was someone who she just mopped the floor with in a spar not to long ago. She wasn't happy because she thought it would be an easy fight though. She genuinely liked Moe and was excited to see if the girl had improved much since their last encounter. She felt a bit bad about the previous one sided spar and even if she took some damage, she hoped this match would be a bit more even. If the brunette thought that Julia had taken it easy the whole time though, she'd be mistaken. Moe wasn't the only one that knew how to train.

The blue haired wrestler slowly made her way into the ring and stood facing her opponent. Julia waved at Moe before opening her mouth. "Hey!!!!" She yelled to her. "Hope you put up a better fight this time." She said with a giggle. "Good luck though. I'm sure we'll have a really good match." And with that Julia made her way to her corner. The gymnast did what she did best, stretched. She hoped Moe had stretched earlier because she intended to bend the girl every way imaginable to get a win.

Moe looked on as Julia's music played and she appeared. She came out with a happy and bouncy attitude. Miss Fukouka's facial expression changed to a determined one as the blue-haired gymnast entered the ring. She figured Julia might feel a little bad, given the way their last encounter went, but she was determined to push herself and her opponent as far as she possibly could to prove that she has a place here in AFW - that she could hang in the same ring as Julia!

"Hey! It's awesome to see you again! I'll give you a fight, tonight! I promise!" She answered Julia before the gymnast began to show off her flexibility with some elaborate stretches. The bell would ring after a moment or two and Moe would charge at her opponent and aim low with Dropkick to her shin!

Julia barely had a moment to think before Moe charged at her. She hadn't even finished her stretching yet. "Hey wait! I'm not done showing off yet...I mean stretching!" She giggled as she frantically side stepped to keep herself from getting a broken shin. She narrowly avoided the surprise drop kick and would watch her opponent flop to the ground, quite amused by the other wrestler's enthusiasm. She would have to try and match the other girl, not wanting to be out done.

As Julia had proven in their spar, the ground was a dangerous place for Moe to be. The blue haired wrestler wouldn't pass up the chance to jump on her opponent early. She would bend over to grab the arms of her opponent from the back, looking to pull her up to a kneeling position. If she caught Moe then she would place a foot on her back to push her down while pulling her arms away from her body. "You really shouldn't end up on the ground against me." Julia would chastise her opponent.

Moe tried to show initiative and catch her opponent by surprise. She swore she'd be able to get an early advantage by striking the moment the bell sounded, but she just barely missed her opponent's leg! To add the her disappointment, Julia would quickly capitalize and grab hold of the brunette's wrists before pulling her up to a kneeling position and placing her foot on Moe's back to apply a Surfboard to start the match off!

"Ugh! I know!" She answered Julia with a tone of frustration as she was caught in the move. She was placed in a Surfboard variation during their spar and knew that this position wasn't one she wanted to remain in for long. Moe would plant a foot on the ground and try flip forwards to fall on her back. If she was able to do that much, and Julia kept a grip on her arms, Moe would pull the bluenette towards herself and swing her leg upwards, aiming to hit her opponent with a kick to the cranium!

"Well then why did you do it?" Julia teased, increasing the pressure of her hold. She would wince slightly, a bit empathetic to the fact that it couldn't have been pleasant for Moe. That didn't stop her from pulling harder though. This wasn't a spar any more and the gymnast couldn't afford to pull any punches. Plus she hoped her opponent would have the sense to tap out before getting seriously injured.

Julia's opponent seemed to be a bit more skilled than she initially gave her credit for. She knew just what to do to counter the gymnast's move. As Moe rolled over, Julia would take a step back. Luckily for her she had the reflexes to avoid a kick to the face, instead taking it to the chest. "Oww ouch!" She yelped, stepping back and crossing her arms over her chest. "You're a slippery one." Julia chuckled, stepping back and giving her opponent some space.

Moe's counter worked almost as well as she had planned for it, too. She didn't get to kick that pretty blue head, but she did managed to graze Julia's chest! And at the very least, it was enough to force the gymnast back and give her the space she needed to rise up and avoid the ground.

After standing up, Moe would turn to her foe and raise her guard. "I need to be slippery against you, heheh." The brunette made a valid point. Last time, she wasn't able to escape any of Julia's submission holds. If she wanted a fighting chance in this match, she had to learn how to escape at least some of them, and evidently that's how she spent her time training for this match. Moe would approach her opponent again, slowly this time. She'd try to bait Julia into locking up with her, and if she did, Moe would attempt to hit her with a rising knee to the stomach!

"That's ok really. I'm totally fine if you're flatfooted." Julia chuckled. The gymnast had no problem with not taking much damage this match. She didn't think that would be the case though. Moe had to have improved. Still not thinking she was much of a threat however, Julia gladly locked up with her. She was hoping it would be an excellent opportunity to grab her opponent in a headlock.

The gymnast soon realized she had taken Moe too lightly. She didn't expect the girl to be sneaky. Julia met with a hard knee to her gut. "Ghhh!" She wheezed, doubling over as the wind was knocked out of her. "That...was not cool." She mumbled as she staggered back two steps. It would take her a few seconds, but if given the time she would lunge at Moe, trying to drive her shoulder into the newbie and take her down to the mat.

Moe smiled as she was able to close the distance and driver her knee into the gymnast. She was happy that she was faring better against her friend this time around, but knew that she'd need to keep this up if she wanted to prove herself by coming away from her debut match with a win. The petite wrestler would approach her opponent whilst answering her.

"I disagree, it was super coo-woah!" Moe would be taken off guard. Julia was winded, but not stunned. And it appeared that Moe made the mistake of not following up on that knee quickly enough. The bluenette would tackle her and take them both to the ground, hard! Moe would fall on her back with Julia on top of her. She'd react instantly by rolling over and crawling to the ropes. Miss Fukouka made an obvious attempt at trying to avoid being caught in more of Julia's debilitating holds, and get stretched out to infinity like she was last time!

Julia successfully surprised her opponent and managed to land right on top of her. "Nope, THAT was cool." She teased before taking a second to really catch her breath. She hadn't had much of a plan and just wanted to stop Moe from following up after landing a strike. Finding herself exactly where she wanted to be though, she had to take advantage. Unfortunately for Julia, her opponent was very aware of her strategy and quickly made her way to the ropes.

"Hey! Where are you going newbie?" Julia yelled as she quickly lost her hold on Moe. She would get onto her knees and quickly try to grab her opponent by the legs. She was aiming to put the rookie into a quick ankle lock. Even if she managed to get in a quick hold, She wouldn't be in any position to stop her foe from reaching the ropes for more than a few seconds.
