Stirring it up at the coffee shop. (for SleeperAgent94)

Shou had decided it was time to just hit the town and relax, after all if you couldn't relax in this business it would consume you! How was he going to relax? Why, by going to a new coffee shop that opened up in town of course! It was going to be perfect, he loved coffee and he loved all of the tasty sweets that he could get there too! Not to mention all the potential cuties that could be there, but that would just be a bonus.~

The male had been dressed up in normal clothes at the moment, not really wanting to draw too much attention to himself at this current point and time, but he would love to meet people and take pictures if they really wanted too. Shou had ordered his drink and some delicious cake before parking his pert rump at a table. The male stared out a window for a while before getting his coffee drink and smiled, giving his server a friendly wave.

Shou took a sip and sighed, looking out the window once again before taking a fork and getting a small bite of the tasty vanilla cake, letting out a satisfying sigh at the taste of the sweet dessert. "Mmm...maybe I should share this with somebody.~" He said, leaning back a little as he took another sip.

It was a rare day off for him. Now that he was cementing himself as a serious contender for a title, he had been training nonstop for the past few weeks, way more than he was used to. With Raiden still healing up after his injury, Dave's fre time was being eaten up by his new training regimen.

He had just gotten off a short run from his apartment, choosing to stop by the local coffee shop a few blocks down. Cracking his neck slightly, he went to the counter, choosing a hot chocolate over the usual coffee. A minute later, he had a nice hot cup in one hand, and a small cookie in the other......what? He had a soft spot for a sweet or two.

Sitting down, Dave leaned back in his chair, his mind focusing on his warm drink and snack while the minutes ticked by.

The effeminate man had looked over at the door as it opened and saw Dave, smiling a bit as he saw him. He hadn't really known how he was...but he wanted to learn more about the cutie! Shou had waited until the boy sat down in his chair for a few minutes before standing up and taking his cup of coffee and his cake.

Moving over to where David was sitting, the taller man stared down with a smile. "Hello there.~" Shou had said, leaning over a bit. "Care for some company?" The male wrestler didn't even wait for an answer, parking himself next to Dave. "The name's Shou.~ It's a pleasure to meet you!" With that, he leaned forward in the seat, his finger slowly tracing his coffee cup.

Looking up at the effeminate man, Dave smiled and gestured to the seat next to him, "By all means."

When the young man took his seat, introducing himself. He looked handsome, Dave had to give him that. Smiling, he inclined his head in greeting, "Dave Blake. I wrestle with AFW. Pleasure is all mine."

He caught a glimpse of Shou leaning forward and tracing his coffee cup, staring at him intently. It did give Dave pause for a moment, forcing down a shiver. It felt like the other male was dissecting him with his gaze.

"AFW?!" Shou had said with a surprised expression before his smile grew wider. "I just joined from the independent circuit! Glad to see that there are some cuties around the league.~" He said, taking a bite of his cake before looking back at him.

"I was afraid that there was just going to be a bunch of brutes...though I like brutes too.~" He had said with a 'wink', he knew fully what sort of wrestlers that Tension had, but he wasn't going to let on that he knew a lot more. "So, what brings you down here? You seem to be the hardworking type.~" He said, tracing the cup again as he stared at the male wrestler, smiling as he did.

"To tell you the truth, if you look back at my independent league recordings, you'll find that I'm only popular for being a jobber. Though apparently people think I make losing look good. Anyway, just trying to change that image of me now. Going for a serious run now."

Pausing for a moment to take a drink he smiled, "Glad to see not all the guys are the ambush type. I've gotten jumped here more times than I can count."

The man had taken a sip of his coffee before setting it back down. "I don't like to ambush people. After all it's not the same as the just meeting people face to face!" Shou had leaned in a bit before slightly licking his lips. "Like an attractive man like you.~" He had said, taking a small bite of his cake, purposely leaving some of the icing on his lips. "A jobber huh? Well there's nothing wrong of that! We all have to start out somewhere right?~" He asked, leaning in more ever so slightly, the white icing on his bottom lip shining a little bit in the light.

Smiling, Dave set down his mug, "Finally someone who doesn't stalk out people to attack in the gym! Where have you been all my professional career? "

When Shou took the bite of his cake deliberately slow, and his comment on Dave being attractive, the young man's face blushed, and his mind blanked on what to say. Even more so when his new friend leaned even closer to him, and Dave found himself in an oddly tense and awkward situation.

Shou had smiled a little before licking his lip, clearing it from the icing. "Hehe, don't worry about it...you know I don't think you gave me your name!" He said with a laugh, taking another sip of his coffee. "Let me ask you something though...you interested in a nice spar? I mean, we can both just have something fun, nothing official.~" He had said with a wink before taking another bite of his cake.

"Oh! The name is David Blake!" he answered, extending a hand out to Shou for a cordial handshake. Once it was accepted, he listened to Shou's offer, and he thought for a few moments. It's not like he had anything going on right now.

"Oh sure! It'll be nice to foll around and spar with someone!" he answered, getting to his feet with his near empty drink, "Good thing i keep my extra gear in the locker room!"
