Sparring in Starlight

Kyoko successfully put Tabitha in a headlock and did her best to hold it from there. While a basic move it proved to be a bit too basic as Tabitha almost immediately knew what to do, whether it be from her limited experience or from basic instinct she didn't know but she slowly backed up near the rope before using them to fling her off a towards the other set of ropes.

Kyoko consider this to be an option and decided to see how quickly her opponent could adapt, as she sprung off the ropes Kyoko saw Tabitha incoming with a clostheline and lowered herself, attempt in to instead charge her shoulder into Tabitha's gut.

Tabitha would get herself free of Kyoko's headlock. Though what exactly she was supposed to do next had escaped her. She had sent Kyoko off to the other side of the ring and now had to do whatever really came to her mind first. Thinking a clothesline was at least better than nothing, Tabitha would charge forth and attempt to take Kyoko down.

Kyoko unfortunately had other plans for this little exchange and as she ducked the clothesline would simply run herself right through Tabitha as she connected with a modified shoulder block that felt like a battering ram had just slammed into her gut. "Fooph!" Was all that Tabitha could manage as she dropped like a sack of potatoes from the shoulder charge.

Tabitha had the wind knocked out of her and she was totally defenseless laying on the mat with one hand clenching her gut where she was hit. She was currently prone on her stomach and Kyoko had a clean opportunity to follow up.

Tabitha was unable to respond to her attack well. Kyoko's shoulder block connected and completely winded the new girl as she collapsed to the floor, although she laid on her stomach which prevented her from continuing her attack without leaving Tabitha a opening, she didn't think Tabitha had the necessary experience to see and use said advantage but she felt it better to treat this like she would a match, and instead chose to bring her foot up and drop it on her back.

"Guess your belly isn't up to par, so let's see how tough your back is." Kyoko said, if her boot hit and kept Tabitha down she would then sit down on her back, lift her arms up and place them on her knees and lift her head up in a camel clutch to press her attack.

Tabitha was about to learn just how overmatched she was. Already having been devastated by countermove, she was laid out on the canvas. Kyoko would take her boot and simply stomp Tabitha while she was down. Taking a second to taunt her while she pushed down on her back, Kyoko would allow Tabitha a small level of a respite.

It was a very quick respite as Kyoko would put her weight onto Tabitha's back and start to crank her head backward. The pain was severe, but Tabitha was able to tolerate it at least for now. With escape on its own a difficult proposition Tabitha would need to get to the ropes or try to get an arm free so that she could relieve the pressure or reach for the ropes that were what looked like a mile away but were simply a few feet from her.

Kyoko was able to lock in the camel clutch and began to crank her head back. Tabitha proved resilient though as she seemed able to tolerate the pain and avoid screaming in pain or showing signs of fading. Kyoko hoped to change that soon.

"First thing, doesn't matter how nice someone is, don't exp ft the same kindness in the ring. If they don't want to win there in the wrong place." Kyoko said as she cranked her h we further again briefly to see how far she could bend the new girl before getting back into her basic set up to avoid giving her a chance to escape.

"Ow damn.. AaahhhHH!" Tabitha would feel it as Kyoko cranked her head back. All she could do was scream out in pain as the move was starting to become extremely painful. She had to get herself free before this became too much for her to bear. It would almost be a waste if she simply screamed to give up here. Kyoko was unrelenting and seemed to want to take Tabitha out more than teach her anything.

Still, maybe this was the test. If Tabitha could endure this move and get herself even somewhat free, it would almost certainly result in Kyoko breaking the hold in some way. It was still a stretch, but Tabitha needed to get herself to the ropes to break the hold.

Kyoko smiled a bit as Tabitha let out a scream. It was good to see her actions having some effect on her but still the girl refused to give up. Kyoko considered letting go and trying something else but figured it would be good practice to see how her opponent reacted, or if she could do anything.

"Come on Tabitha! A camel clutch is pretty basic, if you let this defeat you, you won't get far, think what's the best way to get out of this hold." Kyoko advised, there was no satisfaction in beating someone incapable of puttin up a fight but Kyoko was too prideful the o just give her an advantage, let her earn something for once.

Tabitha was feeling it, Kyoko would crank the hold every so often and the resulting pain would not sit well with her. Though somehow in her mind she realized that her arms would be less stressed while Kyoko cranked the hold backward. Now that she figured it out, Tabitha would be able to get her right arm free and unbalance the hold enough that she was able to move those last few feet and get to the ropes.

"Rope break!" Tabitha would proclaim as she had gotten her arm to the bottom rope. Even though it was a sparring match, Tabitha would expect the same courtesy of a regular match and hope that Kyoko would break the hold now.

Kyoko made the mistake of loss ending up on one end and was surprised by the rookies quick action as she got her arm free. Tabitha slowly brough them over to the rope and successfully got her hands on it. Kyoko almost laughed at the excitement in her voice as she pointed out the rope break but nonetheless let go and moved away.

"Not bad, now let's try something else." Kyoko motioned for Tabitha to return to her feet. "And just a friendly hint, it won't do you any good to stay there so you might want to get to your feet." She said rather casually eager to see what else this rookie had in the tank.

Tabitha had gotten herself free of that hold. Though it certainly did a number on her, she was not quite out of it yet. She had to get herself some momentum forming on her own side. Kyoko seemed to appreciate that Tabitha was able to get herself free and started to goad her into some manner of action.

Tabitha would get herself up off the ropes and put an arm to her back as an acknowledgement of the damage Kyoko had done. Now she wanted to re-engage Kyoko and would put her arms up while moving forward as if she were going to attempt another tie-up. This time however once Kyoko got close enough she would lash out with her leg and try to land a straight kick to her gut. If this trick worked, Tabitha had intended to try to spin around Kyoko for a belly to back suplex.
