Josey Wales vs. Diana Accera

Left right left. Every since she had come back in earnest, Josey had been pissed off. From one thing and from another, from this and that. Left right left. It seemed as if the whole of Tokyo conspired to put her in a bad mood. Left right left. Well they, and Diana, had succeeded and Josey was unleashing a torrent of blows upon the Italian beauty. That smile would soon disappear from her face, even if Josey had to make it go away under a river of blood.

She finished off her flurry with a kick to the gut. With a grunt she sent her foot forward. There was no elegance or grace in the move, and she was not interested in making it look nice. A mountain of frustration and anger was behind that kick, and it showed.

Her cover up partially effective, try as she might there was simply no way Diana could prevent the pissed off Texan landing several clean shots on her, leaving red marks which would surely only worsen. Her smile did of course fade, it was hard to keep it up in such circumstances, and Diana wasn't at all the sort to try and further infuriate her foe when she was clearly pissed. Sure, there was encouraging her foe to go all out, something Diana often strived to do, but blinding rage rarely benefited either competitor.

Her arms sore, Josey would let up the assault, Diana's arms falling in response, before a kick connected, clean to her gut. Diana would of buckled over and collapsed to the floor then, instead her hands holding onto the ropes she'd been using for leverage, instead bending over, yelping and spluttering after the Texan just seemed to try and kick clean through her.

Somewhere in the back of her mind, the Outlaw had a nasty thought. Diana had just taken a pretty brutal beating and was still standing. After encountering such brutal force, most girls would have hit the mat. But party by the grace of god yet mostly by the grace of the ropes, the Italian beauty stayed up. The ravenhaired girl would sally forth at some point and surely get a few of her licks back.

But that was not the cowgirl's concern for the moment. The kick that Josey had just so helpfully provided for Diana was not going to win her the match and there was too much fight in her to rest on her laurels. Besides, Josey had not gotten her fill of good old-fashioned violence yet; there was still a lot of that to come. Immediately, that bloodlust translated into an attempt to seize Diana and Irish Whip her into the ropes across from them both.

Diana clutched her stomach as she fell to her knees, opting to release the ropes fully so she could do so, a painful heave forced from her mouth. With teeth bared as per the norm, she'd look up, a fierce gaze in her eyes, to find the cow-girl already preparing for her next manoeuvre.

Wisely standing as not to try and dead-weight a Texan who would simply force her painfully to her feet, Diana was flung across the ring, bouncing off the ropes, and returning with the same force she was thrown. Her eyes would once again meet her opponent's gaze as she came sprinting back, hoping, somewhat confident, that she could counter the Texan's follow-up assault and take control, no matter what it may be.

The Irish Whip was one of her favorite moves. Josey considered it a bit of a power move. It took a lot of strength to send an opponent to the far side of the ring but that was not why she liked it. The joy came in the sheer anticipation of it. The time to impact was only a few scant moments but it felt so long. A strong climax was coming, Josey could feel it in her bones. Something momentous was about to happen.

The Outlaw was a woman of action and act she did. She pivoted and threw all of her weight forward, concentrated in her shoulder. Clothesline. Textbook. The brutal efficacy of it could not be ignored and the cowgirl reckoned she had loosened up Diana enough for her not to see it coming...

As Diana flew back towards the Texan, she considered all the manoeuvres she could try to pull out the bag in order to take advantage of her unwanted momentum and give her back control of the match. She'd run through the options in her head, quickly compiling a list of pros and cons of trying each manoeuvre on someone of Josey's stature. She'd settle on one, a urge of confidence running through her, when it became evident that Josey simply wasn't going to let Diana pull it out the bag.

Stepping forward to meet the sprinting Italian, Josey's arm would connect cleanly, just below Diana's neck. The force was tremendous, a strike with power that Diana wouldn't forget any time soon, as she was instantly floored, arms out wide, legs similar. A simple result from a simple manoeuvre. But brutally effective.

Josey had a very vague idea of who Isaac Newton was. Some pompous asshole who lived maybe a thousand years ago had no effect on her life as she saw. Yet Josey should have been very thankful for his laws of motion as they governed what had just happened with astonishing accuracy. The action of Josey throwing her shoulder caused the reaction of Diana hitting the mat like a sack of bricks. The Outlaw felt a jolt of energy, which was very much related to the jolt of shock running down her side, and felt like a champion. The Italian woman had been harrying her all night. To put her down like this might influence the nature of the match in a big way.

The cowgirl was tired from the course of the bout. Her opponent was a strong woman and a fierce competitor. And like all strong women, Josey wanted to bury them under an avalanche of throws and bombs and power moves. It wasn't far to walk over to her opponent and Josey covered the ground in a few short steps. She would ordinarily pick a girl up and throw her halfway to Laredo, but here she opted for something more sinister, something more cunning. Josey would attempt to flip the girl over and put her arms into two chicken wings. Then she would leap over and bridge the submission. Cattle mutilation. Just like on the Texas plain...

Those who'd seen Diana 'perform' before simply couldn't prevent their mouths opening even just slightly, as they witness the Italian amazon cleared off her feet. Those who hadn't seen Josey perform swore that was a finishing manoeuvre, given the power and flawlessness of it.

Diana would start to slur, nearly all the sense knocked out of her, when Josey decided that maybe the Italian didn't need working arms after all. Somewhat shuddering as her arms were held, Diana's mouth would open a moment before she'd bare her teeth, releasing a deep moan instead of a scream as the cow-girl flipped over her. Damn close to yanking those arms out of her socket, Diana would bring her head up, staring at the Texan as she worked her.

A rope break nigh impossible, the Italian would instead try to rock her body, hopefully rolling, and at least forcing a halt to the bridge. If she could bring Josey behind her rather than over the top of her and trying to dislocate her limbs, the Italian would be one step closer to an escape.

One of the things that made submissions so nice was that you didn't have to go all the time. This particular move had some intensity to it, but Josey reckoned that the breather was awfully nice. If she were the type to plan ahead, this is where she would do it. But Josey wasn't, so she thought she could sit back and relax. Then, all of a sudden she couldn't. Josey managed to hold on after the first time the earth below her quaked, but after the second and third times, she was not quite as successful.

The Outlaw was thrown off the woman completely. Her opponents were usually a bit smaller and a bit weaker than Josey yet Diana was neither. There was a certain gumption in the tremors too- Diana easily could have broken her own shoulder or arms in the scuffle. She dusted herself off and picked herself up from the mat.

Even the briefest of submission holds could have a match-changing effect; Diana had learnt that the hard way from past foes, with Josey Wales easily falling into the category of women with such power. Shaking her arms as much as she could, literally trying to shake off the pain, Diana would slowly bring herself to her knees. Purposefully with her back to the Texan, she prayed the big woman 'took the bait' as it were, of being able to grapple a foe with her back to her.

If she did in fact take the bait, or at least come close to the seemingly beaten Italian, Diana would suddenly try to turn, hand holding the mat, as she'd bring out a leg in a clean powerful swipe, aiming to leave the woman's shin somewhat in a shattered condition, or if she was lucky, floor her completely!
