AV 15 Iron Woman Match: Natasha Han Vs. Valley Doll

Valley’s eyes widened as it looked like Natasha was going down. Almost, almost, almost...

And of course she wasn’t going down. Why would she? This wasn’t a normal wrestler she was facing here, after all, it was Natasha Han. The single most stubborn individual she had ever come across. Not including her mother.

”Why won’t you-” Valley had just started to reel back for another roundhouse kick, hoping a double shot to the Russian’s head would do the trick, when Natasha broke her off with some hard retaliation - a clubbing clothesline, delivered with hammer force, crashing into her chest. The blow hit with enough force to knock Valley off her feet, and if not for the ropes behind her she likely would’ve fallen flat on her back.

But that didn’t happen. Instead, she bounced off and came back towards Natasha, grinding her teeth down and working through the pain. She swung her foot up as she neared and tried to hit Natasha with the tip of her foot, a toe kick to the center of her stomach.

For the moment, it seemed to Natasha like all semblance of a wrestling match had flown out the window. This was an outright slugfest now, the two of them swinging away at each other, waiting to see who would fall first.

Well. Natasha was determined to make sure that wasn't her.

Valley's foot slammed into her stomach, and the Russian doubled over, grabbed at her gut in pain. Her reaction was short-lived, however, and it only took an instant for her to shove the pain out of her mind, forcing herself to straighten up again.

Valley was standing close, but Natasha wanted her closer. She lunged straight towards the American woman, bringing her knee up as she neared her, aiming it straight towards that stomach that she had struck at oh-so-many times already tonight.

The toe kick. One of Valley’s most reliable weapons. She’d used it hundreds - maybe thousands - of times, and it always worked the same. She would hit a girl in the breadbasket, knock the wind out of her, and she was given a perfect setup for all sorts of things. Axe kick, sunset flip, whatever she could think of.

Again, though, Natasha was the exception. She was reeling for a second, but when that second passed she was right back on the attack, bringing the fight straight to Valley. A knee this time, a vicious one, aimed at her stomach.

”God!” Valley yelped as the edge of the Submission Queen’s knee cut deep into gut, folding her in half like Natasha had been a few moments ago. Unlike Natasha, however, she’d already taken quite a lot of damage in that area, damage that she was now being painfully reminded of.

Valley fell to one knee as she cradled her stomach. ”Godda-” She cut herself off before she could take the Lord’s name in vain, and glared back up at Natasha. The Russian was tough. She could be tough, too.

Valley let out a primal scream and popped back up with a sudden spring, this time coming at Natasha with a wild, furious elbow to her face.

This time, Valley's attack would finally have the desired effect. There was only so many blows that any one person could take before they couldn't take anymore, and it seemed that the Russian was at a limit.

The Slamazon's elbow smashed into her face, and Natasha's head violently snapped backwards. She went stumbling away from the blonde, taking several steps back from her towards the ropes, left completely open as she stood stunned from the furious blow.

”Yeah!”

Valley punctuated her elbow with a triumphant cry, as the blow landed with picture perfect precision and no small amouth of bite. Not enough to bring the mighty Natasha Han down, of course, but it gave her some space to work with, room to breath. The Slamazon could do some interesting things with that.

She moved back in, but she didn’t just stride forward as she closed the distance. She spun around while she advanced, feet dancing across the canvas, whirling about in swift, full circle. After a complete rotation, Valley leaped up and swung her leg around for a roundhouse, using all the momentum she’d built up to execute a devastating tornado kick to Natasha’s face.

If there was one thing that Valley did better than nearly anyone, it was her kicks. Her legs were among the most dangerous in the company, and were capable of felling nearly anyone they struck, certain Russians included.

The audience near this, and as Valley's kick slammed into Natasha's face, they collectively winced, letting out a sympathetic moan as the Wrestle Angel was struck. Her head snapped violently to the side, and the momentum of the kick would have been enough to drop her to her back, had she not been standing so close to the ropes.

She collapsed backwards, ending up leaning against said ropes, her arms draped over them. She wasn't even standing, she was slumping down, barely hanging from the ropes, her head hung low as she struggled to recover from the thunderous kick.

The tornado kick connected, marking the first time Valley had used it in the AFW. It was a complex move with some start up time, and she wouldn’t have dared to use it in most situations, but Natasha was an exception. Here, she couldn’t afford to leave anything on the table. Valley was more than willing to use every kick she had. Twice, if that’s what it took.

Speaking of which, she had a prone Wrestle Angel to take advantage of.

With Natasha down, Valley decided it was time to wear her down while she had a moment, do something to dry up her deep well of stamina. She brought her boot up and pressed it down in the middle of the Russian’s chest, grinding her heel with her full weight behind it, grabbing the ropes for some added leverage. A little rougher than she usually went for, but her arsenal of kicks included stomps.

"A-aaAAAH!"

Natasha couldn't help herself. She couldn't stop the cry of pain as Valley's boot slammed into her chest, the Slamazon twisting and grinding away at her, and every moment that past made Natasha felt like her very life was being ground away from the attack.

She had to act. She had to act now.

Desperately, she yanked down on her own arms, freeing them to the ropes and letting herself fall completely to the mat. Right after that, she quickly tried to reach up, trying to snatch Valley's leg before she could further her attack. She roared up at her rival from her position on the canvas, and heaved to the side, pulling on Valley's leg, twisting it, trying to bring the Slamazon down to the canvas with her.

”Valley, get off the ropes!” The referee’s voice was distant, barely audible over the blood rushing in Valley’s ears. ”1! 2!”

She didn’t need to be reminded of the rules., she had no intention of holding this move on Natasha all day. But this match was more personal than anything she’d had all year, more heated than any contest since she’d taken on since she fought with Silver Ace. She wanted it, bad, and the imprint she was making in Natasha’s chest would be proof of that.

She was just about to pull her foot away when Natasha decided she wouldn’t get the chance, snagging onto her leg with an implacable grip. Before Valley could start thinking about her next, she was being yanked down and dropped on her back.

Her eyes widened as she realized the worst-case scenario was happening: she was on the floor with Natasha Han. A stronger, more techical wrestler with vast submission experience. And she had a hold of her leg. Bad. Extremely bad.

With more than a little panic, Valley tried to scoot from Natasha’s grasp, reaching for the ropes, hoping to stop whatever it was the Russian had planned next.

Natasha didn't have a plan. She was living in the moment, acting purely on impulse, letting her instincts as a wrestler guide her from one second to the next. Until she was back on her feet and back in control, she didn't have time to plan. She didn't have time for much of anything, really.

She was adjusting her grip on Valley's grip, when she noticed the Slamazon reaching for the ropes. Once again, she acted without thinking, letting her experience take over. Her hands slid up Valley's leg to her foot, gripping it tight, giving it a sharp twist to the side, trying to put pressure on it as she tried to work her rival into a sort of modified ankle lock. Awkward, from her position lying upon the canvas, but she hoped it would be enough to keep the other woman from reaching the ropes, even if only briefly.
