Things had really been looking up for Momoka lately. She totally claimed chest superiority over Noel in her last solo match, and though her tag-team debut ended with a double-DQ, Misuzu and her settled that pretty decisively a few days after. Compared to her rather rough start here at the AFW, it was a very great improvement. As her next fight was now coming up, Momoka's spirits were high, and also very eager to dominate another opponent. She had no idea who she was facing tonight, but she was confident she'd come out on top and continue her winning streak.

As her J-poppy intro music erupted from the speakers, the tiny pink-haired girl appeared on stage, dressed in a plain, pink one-piece and matching thigh-high boots. Not all that appreciative of the bratty heel, the crowd mostly boo'd her, to which she responded by making faces and sticking her tongue out as she made her way down. Reaching the ring, she hopped up onto the canvas and through the ropes, making a final, cocky pose before her music faded away. Once that was done, she eagerly returned to her corner, smugly smirking as she awaited her foe to arrive.

Rosie's luck with matches had so far been... less than great. But finally, she was in a clean, normal, match - and with a fellow kawaii, someone that should be a pretty good match, at least in terms of stature. There was always the off-chance she'd be up against the one-in-a-million martial art super genius straight out of a manga.

She had just slipped into her modified conductor's attire - thigh-high boots, a skirted one-piece and of course, her ridiculously oversized hat. On her way to the ramp when she heard a loud blast of J-pop, signaling her opponent's entrance. It faded, and was replaced with a staccato marching beat, and Rosie came out, stepping to its rhythm. The audience didn't cheer very much when she came out. Strangely, most of them seemed to be turning their heads between her and the one already in the ring.

Her eyes swept towards her soon-to-be opponent, confused. What the...?!

"I'm gonna be fighting me?!"

Yawning while Rosie was making her entrance, Momoka paid her little mind until she noticed an out of place silence throughout the crowd. Her eyes shifted to the entrance ramp only to bulge open in surprise. Sprinting forward to the ropes closest to her foe, Momoka continued to stare, briefly rubbing her eyes in disbelief.

It was... her?

Granted, it was her dressed in a dorky band outfit and wearing a ridiculous hat, but the girl's size, build and features were near identical. Even Momoka could have mistaken Rosie for herself. Well, stupid attire aside, anyway. She'd heard of superstitions about people having dopplegangers out in the world, but this was too surreal, leaving the normally obnoxious brat speechless.

Rosie forgot all about keeping to the beat, running towards the ring as Momoka was running towards her. That was exactly her! Well, her with a much more boring outfit, but definitely still her. This had to be a dream, and soon enough, she'd find herself naked in front of everyone in the crowd, then in her high school worrying about a biology test that she didn't study for and then she'd be chased down by a horde of steampunk monsters before waking up.

None of those things happened. Instead, she climbed into the ring, to get right beside her doppelganger. Even the flatness of their chests were exactly the same.

"...This is real?" Rosie asked, mostly to herself. Err, her REAL self.

Momoka continued to stare as Rosie grew closer and closer, even as her goofily-dressed doppleganger met her face to face. It was even more unsettling in a sense, seeing a few very minor differences in their features, though not quite enough to distinguish them at a glance, was proof the girl before her was a completely separate being.

Looking her clone up and down, Momoka subconsciously focused on Rosie's chest. Though they were pretty much the exact same size, in her mind Momoka presumed herself slightly larger, if only to relieve her nerves a bit. Seemingly out of nowhere, the bell for the match rung out, startling Momoka and snapping her out of her stunned state.

As the shock of it all was starting to subside, the bratty girl quickly tried to compose herself and take her fighting stance. "I... I don't care who y-you look like, I'm still gonna kick your b-butt!" she stated shakily, probably still trying to convince herself more than her foe.

*DING*

The sound rang through her confusion of seeing her mirror image. "T-try it then! I'm not gonna go easy on you, you... copycat!" That was the only reason that made sense, right? Just a childish nobody trying to ride off her (entirely non-existent) fame.

Disregarding how factual it might be, the thought was pushing the confusion out of Rosie, as she got into a stance, raising her arms at the ready.

Trying to suspend her disbelief, Momoka wasted no time in flinging herself at her enemy, trying to tackle her to the ground. "Y-you're the fake here!" Assuming she could get Rosie down, Momoka would quickly try to straddle the girl's belly and send a slap at her face.

Momoka was faster on the draw, bringing their small frames do. Before Rosie had a chance to do anything else, Momoka was on her chest. "Getoff yo-" WHAP! Momoka's open palm silenced her complaints.

"...You bitch!" Rosie was a bit stunned by the move, but as soon as she recovered, she'd swat her hand back at Momoka to return the favour!

Something about slapping a face that looked just like her's felt really... weird. Hesitating for a moment, Momoka ended up getting slapped right back, smacking that thought right out of her.

"W-why you...!" Glaring angrily down at her doppleganger, Momoka scooted up further atop Rosie's chest and attempted to grab the girl by her matching pink hair and give some hard yanks.

It was equal parts satisfying and surreal that Rosie had just slapped her own face. Not that there was time to dwell on that. Her counterpart slid further up her body and starting yanking her hair painfully!

"Ahh! Leggo!!" Rosie struggled, grabbing the mean copycat's wrists to make it stop, closing her elbows against Momoka's sides at the same time.
