The Judo Babe combats against Karate!

Masane grunts in frustration as she couldn't get Makoto down on her stomach, but then she feels her hair being grabbed ahold of. She's then forced to look up, and was unable to stop the blow in time. SHe let out a yelp as she was nailed in the face with the blow and fell to her back, letting go of her leg. Her body was shivering a little from that last punch, but she tried to fight through it and sit back up, trying to work back to her feet afterwards.

It was after Masane buckled from the fist to the face that Makoto again attempted to go on the offensive. As Masane fell to her back and quivered a bit, Makoto would immediately try to mount her and lock in a judo choke pressing a forearm against her throat and trying to slip the other arm around the back of the neck and lock it in. At the same time, Makoto's legs would start to press against Masane's and be trying to entangle a bit to try and lock them closer together.

Masane choked as Makoto got the lock in, and felt her entwining her legs with her. She clenched her teeth as she refused to go down this easily. She would start throwing fierce lefts and rights at either side of her head, trying to make her let go. She knew she would have to get out of this on her own power as they were pretty close to the center of the ropes.

"Ngh... I won't... let it end... this quickly..." She growled in Makoto's ear.

Makoto for her part was quiet though amused thoughts did run through her head. She felt Masane's blows rain down on her a bit. Her conditioning and Masane's pinned angle took away some of the harshness of the attacks but eventually they would start to sting a bit.

That's it, thought Makoto. Struggle! Wear yourself out!

Eventually, it seemed that the blows were starting to annoy Makoto enough to make her let go of Masane. She sat up as if about to get off Masane. However makoto was simply switching tactics. Hoping masane might be stunned a bit after suffering the judo choke, Makoto would go for the leg she had worked on earlier and attempt to lock in a knee bar as if wanting to school Masane even further in the various forms of judo joint locks.

Masane gasped when Makoto let go of her throat, coughing a little. She then felt her leg being grabbed, and it quickly snapped her back to reality. Immediately, she threw her other foot for the side of Makoto's head as hard as she could. If the blow connected, it would undoubtedly make her fall to her side. She would also try to stand back up, seeing the ground was the worst place to be with this girl.

Makoto was knocked off by the kick letting go of Masane's leg. She rolled away and started to get up as Masane rose too. She smiled coldly at Masane as if starting to find this fight a little amusing.

Masane managed to climb back up, and backed off from Makoto, panting softly from that rush of attacks. She wondered how the hell a girl her size could take so many attacks like that and still keep grinning like she was. Well, in a way, she did understand, but she didn't seem to be hurt in the slightest, despite the heavy blows she's been landing on her. She subconsciously rubbed at her throat, remembering the choke a little bit, and started to circle Makoto again.

This fight may be tough, but she wasn't satisfied yet. She needed to overcome this girl at least once. Outsmart her, overpower her, whatever, she just needed to gain the advantage once.

Part of Makoto's training had included a special conditioning in which she allowed her body to withstand the pummelings of her instructors and opponents and was expected to just stand there in a meditative pose and be expected to take it. A few meditation cycles under a waterfall helped with this too. Masane's blows had inflicted some damage and would leave some bruises but it was clear that Makoto had conditioned her body to withstand many forms of striking particularly if she was aware of them. It was almost similar to the iron body technique practiced by some Shaolin monks though she was nowhere near that level yet. She would need it in the upcoming tournament against those opponents who tried to keep her at arm's length.

She circled Masane about a quarter of the way. By this point she felt that Masane might be weak enough that her defense might not be as solid. She would attempt to close in and grab her arms going for a hard judo flip.

Masane might have been tired, but her defense as still quite strong. Her eyes flashed as Makoto stepped in towards her. An opening! She would exploit it for all it was worth, throwing both arms out to chop her forearms, and would go for a quick striking combo, both arms flying out fast in different directions, aiming for her jaw, sternum, stomach, chest, anywhere she could during the short window of opportunity she was given.

Makoto gasped as the trap was sprung. She cried out and reflexively lifted her arms to block as she was pummeled. This time the blows were having some effect on her and Makoto was forced to go on the defensive. A few blows struck her body though doing some damage.
